Made an appointment with Car Advise to get front brake pads. Got there and checked in at 1:45 The Manager asked meke sure to check on with the app frequently so I would be able to get things approved because it takes time sometimes over an hour ( His words) to get approval. Around 4:00 I heard the same manager say get the terrain ready we don't have time to do that today! Soon after he asked me to look at the Quote he sent me and asked me If I was off Saturday, when I told him now he told me because my car wouldn’t be able to get worked on today. Then he asked me what I had to do tomorrow and was I off work today and yesterday! I'm so confused as even why those questions were even asked. I told him tomorrow didn’t work. When I asked him did my front brakes got done he told me no he would see if they had time to do them today, The guy said he would have to stay late to finish them, but he would have to stay over to complete them and get them finished today. if I could leave 0 stars I would!!!! Three hours of sitting to steel drive away with my brakes squealing and grinding!!! if someone makes an appointment to get something done why is the appointment wasted For me to be questioned about what I’m doing on a different day to bring my car back for something that I scheduled for today!!! if you don’t have two or three days to go back-and-forth with someone about what to do or not to do with your car I would advise you to come here!!!!

My car was having trouble starting and it was a weekend, went to pep boys because no other shop was open, charged me $66 diagnostic to say it was my battery, charged $242 for new battery and labor then told it's my starter $375 I said no, they broke my starter forcing me to pay anyways, in total charged me over $680 I'll never go back.

Travis is always friebdly when i have to have work done. Dropped my car off and had it fixed and back 2 hours later.

Travis and his team are just "THE BEST" !!! I ran over a construction sign that had got blown over and did not see it till the last second. Blew my tire out!! Came to this pep boys cuz it was close to the scene. Park it for the night and the next morning Travis and his team got me back on the road quickly. And did not charge me to put on my spare. (My lugs were striped and we could not get them off) I will be back for more repairs.... They truly care up there!!! Thank you a million times!!!

Wonderful service from the initial greeting til the very end. Both Travis & Darren were attentive, patient and went above and beyond answering all my (minor) questions in detail. Kiddos to the Manager (Travis). Today's efficient service, comfortable waiting area - plus the "Free Coffee" helped to make this errand an enjoyable experience.

Last week I went to get Tire Locks for my daughter car, and immediately upon entering the service I received was immaculate. Travis made sure I was taken care of promptly and even had someone put the locks on the tires for us. The young lady at the desk was even helpful! Thank you for the help, you all were superb in assisting us!

I got a flat after closing on Saturday. To my surprise I saw that Pep Boys was open on Sundays. Since I was heading out of town I needed to get my tire repaired ASAP. We headed down there at 9AM to find them closed. I called to the store and the message says they are open. The website also says they are open, even allowing you to book an appointment, yet doors are locked and no one is there. Terrible way to run a business.
