I normally don’t find myself reviewing any business, but here we are. While I understand I am just a small business with a smaller order some sort of communication would have been nice. I spoke with 4 different employees INCLUDING THE OWNER. None of which have taken the time to get back to me. Disgraceful, I’ve gotten the same run around for 2 weeks now. If I could give a 0 out of 5 stars I would. Horrible communication, overall this company or at least this location does not seem to value my time, I hope they can value an opinion though because it’s quite apparent there is no chain of command and what seems to be poor leadership. Stray away from this place if you can.

They go out of their way to exceed our expectation and meeting deadline on project 'given today that were due yesterday.' Excellent people, superb service. They did name badges for Cleburne Elks Lodge #811 in Cleburne, TX and did a wonderful job at a great price. Looking forward to doing business with them again.
