Stole my property went to empty my unit no one in the office no one would answer phones all they could tell me was I had to pay them money when I wanted to empty my unit so they kept charging me and charging me and I'm still waiting for them to take me to court so I can show the court where I called them and they refused to answer the phone to give up my stuff they stole my stuff and sold it and they charged me $90 a month for a 5x5 unit twice but everybody else charges they're nothing but a scam

We signed up at 8 Mile PS location Southfield, Mi. Davina was our rental manager. She was very helpful in assisting us with our rental application. Very satisfied ? Thank you Davina!PS I hope we have the spelling correct?

I vacated my unit on 8/31/23. There was no one in the office so I called on 9/1/23 and left a voicemail that I had vacated. In September I received numerous texts reminding me payment was due. At some point I received a voicemail that it was due and I called back only to be put to voicemail again. I left another. In October I received more threatening texts and an email. There was a different phone number in the email so I called it. Finally spoke with a woman who did some checking and came back on the line to tell me they had to cut the lock off my unit and I would still have to pay. I advised her that I was in possession of the lock that they had sold me too lock my unit. So, no, don't go there as they are money grabbing in the most desperate fashion. Got a text today that they are auctioning my unit... How much do they get for air nowadays???

Tabitha and Ashley were so helpful with my unit rental. The unit is in Farmington Hills. And they gave me no problem qgetting it done with a smile I'd recommend anyone to come to the. Shelby McComb public storage.

Currently at the storage that I opened a few days ago. Customer service or manager did not return my calls despite me calling a few times. Now, there are no carts for me to bring my belongs upstairs. Again, called to reach someone. No one! Ridiculous!

No type of customer service. Couldn’t even get help move in. Must be understaffed because they don’t answer the phone even when a voicemail is left, they don’t call you back. I highly doubt they are that busy to not have helped me with a problem from July 15th and it is now August 4th. Went to Metro Self Storage in Taylor. Way better service

I wish I could give this storage place zero stars! Dee waited on me and she was unprofessional, discourteous, and disrespectful,!! SHAME ON YOU PUBLIC STORAGE for allowing this type of poor service to your customers. Dee was patronizing and unwilling to assist me as I tried to access my storage unit. I wouldn't rent storage for my dogs at this place!! Save your money and do yourself a favor and find another storage facility!

They increased the rates from $35 to $70 to $96 within 6 months!!You can never get carts, the elevators are not working, parking is an issue and the entry gate is broken.

I HATE THIS PLACE!! nothing is every easy. They make you get a lock when you get a unit whether you need it or not. You can return at the front office but rarely is anyone ever at the front desk. They farm out one manager for multiple units and offer that as a response as if that's my problem. I pay enough for storage so hire someone. I'm reporting them to the better business bureau

If you like to actually get service for your money, do not come to this place. Reserved it online, and when I went in the person behind the desk wouldn't get up out of her chair to do anything. She didn't tell me how to get to my unit, or which door I should use. The next day when I tried to start loading into the unit, I went around to the back of the building where my unit was located. The code wouldn't let me in the door. So I went back around and ask her about it and she said, "why did you use that door. You should've been wanting to go in the first floor." I told her "you didn't tell me where I was supposed to go to get to my unit to begin with. How was I supposed to know that was a first floor entry? "When I contacted corporate office, they told me they don't give money back. I even asked to be moved to another location. I was told I just lost my money and would have to start over in one of their other locations. So, don't expect customer service. They are going to take your money and leave you hanging. The workers were rude and snide. Don't think you're going to get customer service there. Also, The building was rundown and dirty. I would give them no stars if that was an option.
