I got $25 worth of gas at $4.69 my gas meter barely moved normally I can get a quarter tank from E I called them and asked if there was a problem with their gas and they told me to see a mechanic about my meter but I never have this problem at my normal gas station

I called as I pulled in for help. I am disappointed. I am disabled. I use Shell exclusively because they honor Kroger gas points for 10 cents off a gallon. (This location is closest to my home). Which, if I do not go inside, they cannot run. I realize we are in the midst of Covid-19 everything. I'm still handicapped, I still require assistance at the pump. I WAITED, & WAITED & WAITED & WAITED some more. Longer than 20 minutes. There were two attendants in the station. One arrived shortly after I arrived. I flashed my lights for several minutes. I was ignored until I got out of the car to remove the pump. Sorry, I couldn't wait anymore. Attendant comes rushing out. Don't advertise a service if it cannot be honored. Frustrating. Everything I do takes longer regardless, that is my normal. This was excessive. I hope to find the franchisee. It should be addressed.

I'm not rating my collective experience at this store, rather one particular individual. The clerk, who is an Indian male, tall and wears glasses, is rude and disrespectful. Every time that I see him, he never greets me, even though I greet him and he has very few words. His etiquette is terrible and he needs to learn not to be selective in who he's courteous too.
