I had a WONDERFUL experience buying a used car here. I met with Aryn when I bought my car. And the car unfortunately had an issue within 24 hours of me driving off the lot, and they towed it back and fixed it at no cost to me. And it’s been running great since! Would recommend Subruban Honda to anyone.

When my vehicle would not start because the battery was changed incorrectly, suburban told me to bring it in and see what they could find. Jeff Smith in the service department was very transparent on everything and got my vehicle up and running again along with an oil change all days before my scheduled appointment. I have been getting serviced, and will continue getting services at this dealership. Thanks suburban Honda and Jeff Smith!

My Honda CRV was in for repair...service team kept me updated on time and even found a taillight that needed replaced and was able to do that while getting repair. Courteous and friendly...even added air to a low tire before I left. Great customer service! Thank you Suburban Honda!

Update: I got a response from Suburban Honda from my review, asking me to contact them for "a chance to turn things around". So I contacted my salesperson and he advised that nothing has changed. More importantly, he also confirmed that their response "is an automated reply" from their corporate owners. In short, it was never a serious attempt to "turn things around".I had an understanding with my salesperson of what the selling price of a vehicle will be. Full MSRP, just add sales tax and plates/documentation fee (~$300) As I am ready to consummate the deal and reserve the vehicle, it was nixed by the manager who is marking it up $1500 over MSRP !!! This is after we've bought over a dozen cars from their different Suburban stores over the years. Looking elsewhere to a dealer WITH integrity and values long term customers.. So short sighted...

Getting a copy of my Honda CRV's invoice has turned into a real saga. Despite making seven calls and sending an email over the past 1 month and 9 days, I'm still invoice-less. It's frustrating how their responsiveness has taken a nosedive since I made the purchase. Back in 2018, my experience with Suburban was good, but now I would say it is worst place for new vehicle shopping.And they have trained receptionist not to provide sales manager's email address, whenever I ask for email address, they will just transfer call and eventually call gets disconnected.

Had a great experience first working with Joe online, then Joey at the dealership to complete the purchase of my new to me Honda. Joey was friendly and answered all my questions and concerns honestly on the spot. He made the purchase experience simple and respected my time. We had a great experience buying a new Accord at Suburban Honda. We visited / called around at least 4-5 different dealers in the area, and this was by far the most pleasing interaction. A very painless transaction from start to finish. Everyone assisting us, starting with Jon Quick, and all the way up to Karl, the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager, was very helpful, courteous and efficient. We received a great price for the new car and excellent trade-in offer. Jon took his time getting my dad familiar with the new car, patiently answered every question and was very pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend this location.

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Suburban Honda in Farmington Hills, and my experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment I stepped onto the lot, I was met with an appalling attitude from the sales staff. The arrogance and lack of professionalism were absolutely astounding.To make matters worse, the cars they had on offer were in abysmal condition. Nearly every vehicle I inspected was riddled with scratches and dents, as if they had been treated with complete disregard. It was as if they expected customers to overlook these flaws, which only highlighted their utter lack of integrity.What truly astounded me was their refusal to engage in any form of negotiation. It was as if they believed their damaged, subpar vehicles were worth their weight in gold. The audacity of expecting customers to pay top dollar for such inferior quality is beyond comprehension.I find it difficult to fathom who would be foolish enough to purchase a car from this dealership. It certainly won't be me, and I sincerely hope that others steer clear of this establishment. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration by avoiding Suburban Honda in Farmington Hills at all costs.

After a rather unsavory experience at other company’s dealership, my time at Suburban Honda was a breath of fresh air. Jonathon Quick was such a delight to work with. He was kind, personable, knowledgeable and fun. He got me the best rate possible and stayed within my budget. No pressure, no games and answered every question I had without a second of impatience. A true angel ?Don’t worry about going to another dealership for your time to be wasted. I would highly recommend working with Jonathon to buy your dream car. You won’t be disappointed!

During the new vehicle purchase and trade-in process at Suburban Honda in Farmington Hills, the service was attentive. However, we had an issue with the exchange of funds for our trade in and that’s where customer service was lacking. After leaving messages for our salesperson, the sales manager, and the finance manager, none of them returned our calls. It took several return calls and much frustration before the issue was resolved but not before having an impact on our impeccable credit rating. I do have to compliment Veronica, the administrative assistant, who did everything in her power to assist us in getting results. No matter how great a product is, poor customer service keeps me from a repeat purchase from any business.After this review, I received a response from Suburban Honda in Farmington Hills asking that I call to talk to to the manager. I responded and made a call to the number provided. It went to Voicemail; that was 2 days ago and I have yet to receive a response.In the meantime, i tried to renew my license plate tabs , but I was denied. It turns out that the Finance Department at Honda in Farmington Hills provided my auto insurance company with an incorrect VIN number.Again, poor customer service. If they truly want to make things right, they should call me.
