I bought a new Toyota Rav4 for my wife. After several failed deals at other dealerships we found Suburban Toyota of Farmington Hills and bought a new Rav4. I could not be happier on how I was treated throughout the whole experience. Our salesman Waqas Yousuf was personable and knowledgeable with no pressure. Alex the financial manager gave us a great deal and when I walked away it was a great feeling! Thanks guys!!

This was the best dealership we have ever been to! After walking out of 3 other dealerships, we found the perfect fit! Waqas Yousuf was wonderful with a great personality! Definitely worth the 5 hour drive from Ohio. They made our car buying experience outstanding!

The Suburban Toyota Dealership of Farmington Hills is one of the best dealers I've worked with. They offered me better prices than other surrounding Toyota dealerships. Everyone I spoke with at this dealership was kind and knowledgeable. My salesperson, Dontae, helped me throughout the entire car buying process and stayed late at the dealership to ensure I was satisfied with my visit. On the financing team, Nick answered all of my questions and also explained the optional add-ons in a way that makes sense to people. I'm happy with my new RAV4, so it's no surprise it's the best-selling model in the world.

The staff was very welcoming. My salesman was Dontae Jackson. I have never met a nicer person. He was very knowledgeable about the sales process and explained everything so proficiently, if I weren't there, I would have assumed the information came from an older experienced salesperson. He was sensitive to my concerns and I will definitely return in the future.

This is an unprofessionally and incompetently managed operation, from A to Z. I called to schedule a service appointment to get a replacement key fob. The person that answered the phone scheduled me 2 weeks out "to make sure we have plenty of time to get the key." I cancelled work and dedicated the day for the service appointment, and after 2 and a half hours waiting with my car in the shop, they called to tell me that they don't have a replacement fob, and that I would need to schedule another appointment once they have it. A staff member confided that this actually happens quite often.Any self-respecting person ought to avoid this dumpster fire of an operation because the management clearly respect neither their customers nor their precious time. They are a disgrace to the Toyota name.

My wife and I just purchased a 2021 Highlander from Mikey Z at Suburban Toyota. What a great experience! Everyone was super nice and professional. Mikey really took his time to show us all the features of the car and even convinced my mother in law to start going there for service. Terrific job all around.

People were friendly but not through in the business activities. I was told the cars paint had no issues. Once the vehicle it had several chips in the paint.I was told the car was detailed but when it arrived it had not been cleaned. I was told the truck was in good working condition with it being “certified” but the vehicle needed an alignment.The entire sales process was lacking attention to detail

Excellent service provided by sales person: Alex Lavrov. Attentive, straightforward, super approachable, listened to our budgetary constraints and worked around every possible details including discounts. Very easy to work with, communicated extremely well, provided updates based on the build of the vehicle, prepared all documents prior to meeting another excellent Finance manager: Nick Rowe. Nick was super helpful in explaining packages offered patiently and its benefits. Provided best customer service one can ask for. This dealerships deserves 5-star rating, based on fantastic experience and customer satisfaction.

This is my 2nd review for them. 1st review was 5 star for their sales department. This review is for their service department. Absolutely the WORST experience I have had with a dealer service department! I had an appointment for an oil change and to check why my 2023 Camry was making a squealing noise. Three different rotations of people came and went while I was still waiting for almost three hours. The service person, Erin, never came to the waiting room to tell me how their diagnosis of the squealing was going. After 1 1/2 hours I asked her how it was going and she said she would text the mechanic to see how it was going. (Mind you, they were already done the oil change). She never got back to me, seeing that I am a disabled person with a cane and having a really bad day with my back pain. I went in to the office again and she said “ your car’s right over there, it’s ready”. When I asked her what made the car squeal she said “we couldn’t find the problem so you have to make another appointment and leave the car here a couple of days”. Really?!

I came in on Friday to test drive a Corolla and drove home with a new one by Monday (today!).Malik helped me through the whole process and he was a gem. My favourite thing was that neither he nor anyone else at the dealership tried to *push* a sale, an upsell, or any extra services. I do a ton of research before I buy a car so it was great to just get to ask my open questions and move through the process comfortably and organically.There were absolutely 0 snags in the whole process - there was a car that met my needs available on the lot, brand new, and at a competitive price for how the market has been lately. Alex, the biz manager, was also very kind and made signing a breeze.This was easily the friendliest and most simple car buying experience I've had. All my previous cars have been Fords and this definitely has them beat by miles. I love my car! Thanks guys! :)

I had an appointment there today and had an awful experience. I was in the waiting room for almost three hours and my "service advisor", Erin Skowronski, didn't once come to the waiting room to tell tell me anything. Meanwhile, three different rotations of people had come and gone from the waiting room. I was there because my 2023 Camry make making a squealing noise. After almost three hours I went to the office and inquired about my car. She said "oh, your cars ready, but we could find what is making the squealing noise". She told to make another appointment (I live 1 1/2 hours away) and I'll have to leave the car with them for "a couple of days". Basically, she just brushed me off. I am a disabled person and just getting there today was quite difficult for me.

Less Honesty will give you More money Seems to be the dealership Motto.They are just another dealership. Don't rely on word Toyota it's Suburban.Take their cars to another mechanic before you buy .shell out 200 hundred to inspect before you buy. .Sales peoples are well trained cheaters .they will hide the problem to sell you .take at least 3 days to buy a car. Got a car that needs 2500 of fix because I signed AS IS the sales person GARRET STEVE or his old car sales manager don't care.

I've been out of a car for 3 months and other Toyota dealerships in my area flat out refused to sell me a car without extras I don't want that are not included on the car already like lowjack(car tracker), interior/exterior protections, tire protections that ranged from 2500-6000$ extra. The Farmington hills salesperson was very nice and did not pressure me into anything I didn't want included on the car for example the tracker and such. This dealership from my experience was extremely transparent and was seeking to sell me a brand new car I wanted without extra stuff I didn't ask for. Their was high pressure sales with the warranty stuff but that was to be expected. overall my experience was much better than anticipated and sold me a brand new car without the tricks of the other dealerships. 100% would recommend this place!

I have never experienced this quick, convenient and smooth car purchase in my life. The day after we got pre approved by our bank. I inquired for a Rav4 XLE then their sales team contacted me immediately.Shout out to Joseph Lehr. He was the best sales person I have ever met. We told him what we wanted and immediately he find the best a match. He is straightforward, affable and super approachable. Also, he keep us posted every time. Even weekends and past working hours.We processed everything through the phone and just waited for our car to arrive in the dealership store.Just a couple of days later Jospeh told us the great news. Then we picked up our car. People there was all nice. We didn’t even waited for the whole day to release the car because Joseph process all the requirements beforehand. couple of hours later we got our brand new car with a new license plate.Best decision. No regrets. Surely, will do another car deal with Joseph Lehr and with Suburban Toyota Farmington in the future!

They not only provided me with valuable advice but also presented several financing options, and the entire process was completed in just two days.I urgently needed a car to start my new job, and Abdul, the salesperson who assisted me, was both diligent and patient. He showed a genuine concern for customers and went above and beyond by coming to work on a Sunday to deliver the car. This was crucial for me because I had to begin my job on Monday, and thanks to Abdul's dedication, I didn't have to miss my first day of work.Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and they offered me valuable support, tips, and options for refinancing in the long term once my credit history improves.
