Had a wiper blade malfunction and despite there computer system being down, Michael got me in same day and was able to replace the part at no cost! Could not recommend them more!

The maintenance tech was very nice and helpful. Had scheduled an appointment for an oil change but brought up issues I had with the infotainment system and offered to check that out as well. Since the car was going to take longer to service I talked to the sales member Clarence who sold me my car and he offered me a loner so I could run errands while my car was being serviced.

Everything was good except severe oil leak that I found next day. follow up also fast. Overall great support, just need one more detail check before release the vehicle to driver.

Hello, I went to the parts department to buy a gallon of coolant for my Jetta, I paid cash for it and I ending up trying to return it in a feed days later, Randall from parts department said he când send me a check in the mail for $30 he can't give me my money back in cash how I paid for it, very bad service, I pay in cash but they când give me my refund in cash, he said he has no cash, stay away from this place

Just recently bought my first car with this dealership and I loved every part of it. They were very professional and dedicated to their customer service. Couldn’t be happier with my car! Corbin and Joe especially took great care of me! Hard working dedicated individuals, I would highly recommend this place to anybody who’s looking for high quality cars and a high quality customer experience. Kevin, the VW service representative, was a pleasure to work with. He kept me updated on the service information regarding my vehicle, gave me an estimated date that the device would be completed, was very thorough at explaining what was needed for my vehicle. Biggest thing I was grateful for, was my vehicle was ready when Kevin said it would be. That is huge to me, a man of his word. I also appreciated that VW offered a shuttle service that drove me back to my house.

Despite of being busy, Joe was courteous to spend ample amount of time and assisted with the whole buying process. He also was very clear on the trade-in & how the process worked. Rashad too was very patient and courteous from the start till I drove from the dealership. I would really recommend Suburban Volkswagen for anyone who is looking for a new car.

Service advisor was extremely rude and condescending when trying to explain my car’s problem and ask questions; said they wouldn’t look at my car without doing a diagnostic check for $165. Not to mention, I had brought it in a few months earlier for a covered oil change/scheduled maintenance and it was perfectly fine. Called the dealership in Troy and not only were they much more professional and friendly, they said they offer FREE inspections prior to performing full diagnostic checks! Will never go back to Farmington Hills location again.

Booked my oil change online for a 7 am appointment on a weekday for my Volkswagen. Upon arriving the representative at the check-in desk stated that the technicians that will work on the car will not be arriving until 8 am. Was a bit frustrated and asked, why was there an appointment allowed to be booked at 7 am? They did not have an answer for me and went on to tell me that it would take 90 minutes to complete the oil change once they arrived. I understand that there is a shortage of technicians to work on the vehicles but then don't give customers an option to book a time slot that does not exist.

Salesperson had little to no knowledge about the features or equipment of an electrical vehicle.Original quote from the Sales manager that made us decide to go for the vehicle was way less than the final monthly payment due to a "computer glitch". We ended up going over our set budget to not disappoint our daughter.No explanation about how the electrical charging of the car is working - major point for a new driver of an EV.Car was artificial cleaned, no Window washer fluid was added, my daughter ran empty after having the cars for 16 hours.Financial contract person tried to sell "lifelong" oil changes for an EV ?Overall, the whole process was very painful and absolutely way under what i would expect from a VW dealership.

My fiance and I bought our last 2 cars from here. The first salesman we had was fantastic but he moved up in the company so we couldn't go through him again. The 2nd salesman we had John told me the day of delivery that it was his day off and he didn't feel like sticking around to deliver my car on the day promised (nothing was said about this until the day of). This was because they had to redo paperwork. We ended up getting the car, the dealership is great, just wouldn't recommend going through that salesman.

Wrong parts were ordered for my car which resulted in a delay and an increase to the quoted price. This difference was rectified Without additional cost to me. Car had not been washed as i had requested. Service was otherwise very good but these items indicated a lack of attention to detail.
