Ran in for a complex issue, and to the rescue came Melinda! Surrounded by adversity, Melinda stepped in front shielding me and solving all problems. Lets just say, that day and never another shall a Troll, Chuds (race of cannibalistic, subterranean horse people) be a problem.

I went in to inquire about an iPad and Mike was very helpful. He helped me set up my new financing for the iPad 9th gen and he even saved me money on my out the door cost! I am so happy! Thank you Mike!

Just want to let you know that me and my sister would not have went to any other store but this one because Melinda and Mike were the best sales person that T-mobile could ever have treated us like family keep them around forever , they also was honest and caring. Best customer service if I could rate them it would be 100 percent, They also stayed an hour over their closing time which was 8 and now it’s 9.

I had the extreme pleasure of visiting this location today to pick up my phone replacement and met Mike , THIS person truly is a credit to to this world as well as T mobile in my opinion, the kindness professionalism he exhibited in taking care of me today truly made me feel special as a customer and I REALLY HOPE he's acknowledged for the great work he provides

Went in to open my own phone plan and possible home internet and they lied to me about my whole plan. First they forged my address so home internet was available to me and it went on to be super inaccessible and almost worse than using regular 4g. Now they’re holding my phone hostage to someone else’s phone plan and expect me to pay their bill. Don’t recommend.

Last week I went into this T-mobile store in Farmington Hills, despite the costumers the staff was overrun with at the time, being it was 7:00, they were able to help assist me in the trouble I had fairly quickly. Specifically Jordan stepping up to assist with my new phone and issues I was having with my Sim Card. Jordan swiftly fixed my dilemma and re-associated my phone and Sim card, multitasking while helping two other customers with their problems. I just wanted to leave Jordan a good positive review for the quick help with my device causing me work issues while he was working with other clients at the same time towards what was nearing the end of store hours for the day. Thank you Jordan. As a customer service representative myself,this T-mobile location has impecable customer service and I would definitely seek this associates help out with any phone situation again.

The service here is excellent. I was with Verizon and I came in to switch over my 5 phones. They were able to save me a TON of money on new phones and they helped transfer everything quickly. Love this store

I was in the T-Mobile store on Middlebelt and 11 Mile Road this morning for a problem regarding my I-Phoneconnecting to the internet while traveling and in my home. Asif provided excellent customer service, knowledge,and promptness solving the problem. He also did it with a smile, give this man a raise if he is not the owner. Ormore stock shares in the company franchise.

I recently had an experience with T-Mobile that I feel compelled to share. Last November, I ordered three smartphones from their online store, but ran into several issues along the way. Firstly, only two of the mobile phones were delivered. Then, I faced account management problems and difficulty with T-Mobile support processing, compounded by the loss of one of the mobile phones.Dealing with all of these problems proved to be a real headache, and I found myself having to visit the T-Mobile store multiple times over the course of several months. However, despite the frustrations, I was pleased with the level of customer service I received. The store employees were extremely kind and helpful, particularly Melinda and Asif. They went above and beyond to help me resolve the issues I was facing, and I left the store feeling grateful for their assistance.Overall, while my experience with T-Mobile wasn't without its challenges, I feel that the company ultimately did right by me. I received credit for my lost phone and for the inconvenience of having to visit the store so many times. More importantly, the excellent customer service I received from Melinda(store manager) and Asif made all the difference in the world. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend T-Mobile to others in need of a reliable smartphone provider.
