So the Farmington location has not had a fully functional water fill station in over a year, water being the most basic of amenities that all gyms offer. Now they don't have soap in bathrooms and the hand sanitation stations are empty. Can you please use the extra money you charge all members twice a year to do the least. Water is the least you can do. It's sad that you can not provide such basics in a city like this. I hope you feel bad when you see this. Middle finger.

I was thoroughly surprised with the skill and quality of the instructors, being that I used to be an instructor myself.

Worst business ever. They refused to honor my son's training contract when his trainer left, refused to return any phone calls regarding same, refused to respond to BBB complaint. Just all around awful. The trainers were nice at least the ones that were there at the time but the place has zero ethics. No one should ever go there.

The facility quality is not comparable with the high price. The equipment is decaying and the gym is a ghost town.

Since the gym had been under new management for the last several years, ive enjoyed very much returning to this environment. Beautiful personal bathrooms/ showers, a great range of equipment, and very comfortable. I usually go at night, but the busiest its ever been for me was 4 other people. Perfect for introverts, or those who struggle with exercising Around other people. The owner is very kind and passionate about what she does

Staff is nonexistent. If you need to talk to staff it takes days. Poor customer service.

If your trying to get in a clean gym to workout this is where you need to be. Well maintained, and very nice staff. Key fobs make it easy to unlock the door at all hours as well. Three bathroom with showers if you needed it! Bathrooms are always spotless.

Local gym that provides the essentials. During peak times I've never had to wait for equipment I wanted to use.

Not my home club, but have used it a couple times when I have worked in the area...decent size with a good variety of equipment and clean...would've given a 5 star but tried to use a shower on 1 visit and the water pressure was very weak.

Had a membership at this gym from 2020-2021. Was on auto-pay with my credit card. When card expired, payment wouldn't go through for last 2 months. ZERO emails, phone calls, or mailings or any sort of communication from them. First notice I had that there was a problem was the collection service calling. Left two messages asking about how this happened and never got a call back.

Warning: do your research before signing any documents or contracts. This goes not only for this gym, but any gym you decide to join. It’s an unfortunate fact that gym contracts are legally bound, so if you don’t pay your balance due, it will go to collections. Ask plenty of questions and don’t feel pressured to sign up right away. Ask for a blank contract to take home and read it thoroughly before making a decision to sign up. But just know, if you sign up for this gym, the employees are not properly trained and probably won’t give you the correct information. What happened to me is not fair and potential gym goers need to be warned. After working with Jake, an employee who is not educated on the rules and regulations of the facility, I signed up for a membership. What made me sign up was the fact I was able to do a year contract with guest privileges (only at this facility). This gym was a dream initially: quiet, not even a 10 minute walk from my house, and 24 hours. I signed up for this location because it worked best for me and my budget. One day I walked into the facility with a guest and Kadee, the gym owner, confronted us asking if my guest had a membership and if not, would need to pay each time she visited. I was pretty livid as you can imagine and caught off guard. Me and Kadee talked with Jake about what happened and Kadee stated the guest policy meant each guest has to pay $5 (or more) when visiting. Jake never disclosed this to me, and during my sign up said I can bring any guest with me since it’s included in the membership. Long story short, Kadee stated I could bring any guests with me to honor what I was told, but unfortunately the process was uncomfortable and took plenty of back and forth. She even pinned it back on me asking why I chose to sign up at this gym and that I was trying to milk her out and take advantage of her. I never would have signed a contract if I didn’t have guest privileges and I feel its wrong for an owner to accuse a gym supporter that they wanted to take advantage of them when really my expectations didn’t match reality of what I signed up for. Now I’m stuck paying a membership for the rest of the year even though she is granting me guest privileges, but I have no desire to further support this gym and wish they would do the right thing and cancel my membership without any further charges and let me move on. This is unlikely since apparently I’ve ‘gotten my way’ according to the owner. This environment has become uncomfortable and there is no positive way to move forward.
