About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental offers a generally good experience with pleasant, friendly, and honest staff. The process is often super quick with short waits. Cars are well-maintained and clean with no scams or pushy upsells. However, customers should be aware there is no after-hours drop box, which can be an inconvenience. There have also been isolated issues with incorrect gas charges at airport locations, though staff are helpful in resolving these. The location is noted for having the best rates and is recommended for fulfilling travel needs to the airport.

Amazing customer service and extremely accommodating! Abe, the owner, went above and beyond to make our experience smooth and stress-free. Definitely recommend renting from here!
