Horrible customer service! Walked in to deposit my check. The tall guy and a lady walked away as I was walking up to their counter. They were too busy I guess to say "hello" and "welcome" or "be right with you"Then a new teller walked up. So Naturally a step forward thinking she was about to help me. And she said she was in the middle of some thing and couldn't help me right now. Mind you, the entire lobby was empty. And I was the only one in there.I looked around and said "Busy morning?" (sarcastically)Rude! Won't go back to this location. They need extreme training on customer service and being a actual human being.

Mike the manager at the downtown Farmington location was absolutely great to me, all around good bank! No complaints! If you need help ask for Mike!

Will be closing my account. I have a business, I treat my customers great! Not the case with this location. I walked in to get a document notarized. Whoever the head dipshit is there (red hair, 6 foot guy) explained to me I needed to have an area on the document for him to notarize it. B******** UPS had no problem notarizing my document but Chase can't? Idiots. Nice knowing ya!

It's very hard to receive good service at this Chase. I love the company, but the tellers and employees just don't care at all here. I called trying to make an appointment to meet with a teller and she said no, it's not busy just come in. When I proceeded to come in less than 5 minutes later, the line was a mile long and there was no banker in sight.

This is the worst bank ever. David Swimmer and the manager as they call him Michael is an idiot..over 90 days for a mortgage and didn't even finish it. Shame on them. I see why people hate Chase.

I like this Chase branch, the wait is usually not very long and they seem to have good people that knows what they are doing. All my more complicated issues I've had like an international wire transfer one time went really smooth.

I deal with Chase on a fairly regular basis for our business banking and I rarely ever have cause to actually enter the branch. When I do, I'm met with smiles and a fresh coffee station that doesn't look like it's been raked over by kindergartners who've left sugar wrappers and stirs scattered and laying around. The tellers are always professional, they greet me and take care of my business in a timely manner to get me back on the road. The drive-thru, with which I've had most of my dealings, is always friendly and mostly quick...Chase has been a significant improvement from Comerica for sure.
