This branch and this staff... Wow! I'm floored by the incredible customer service I received. I experienced an unexpected career change and in Sept 2023 started my own company. I was not a Chase customer until this and they offered the best incentives so I went to my local branch. Alex O. assisted me with opening up my business checking and savings accounts and with no exaggeration, he was phenomenal start to finish. So phenomenal that I think Chase executives should really interview him or watch him on a given day so their other employees can model what he does, he is an exemplary employee (give that man a raise!). Friendly, smart, knowledgeable about the offers and data needed to get my accounts opened, did not overlook details and explained things to me in clear ways. Truly extraordinary.I had some other questions that Rafi assisted me on and he was warm, professional, personable, knowledgable and attentive. All the qualities you would want in someone assisting you with your business, finances and banking needs. Linda the branch manager was looped in to a question I had and she swiftly assisted and helped. I even stayed past closing when I initially opened my account and they all worked so hard to ensure I was off and running with my business account. Every person I have encountered here over the last 4+ months has consistently been wonderful. They really seem to humanize banking; 10/10 service and I'm so pleased I went with Chase for my business. The folks I've encountered here are the people you want representing your business and the people that will make a customer like me come back to Chase time and again. This branch specifically is a gem in the community. Thank you so much for the help Alex, Rafi and Linda!

I've never had any problems at Chase. I did have to pay for cashing a check there due to not banking with them

The teller Lynn is very rude. She needs some customer service training. Her mouth is unnecessarily wild. I'll never go back to this branch.

My recent encounter with Chase Bank, specifically the Farmington branch, left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a bank representative named Rafi Salim, who displayed a shocking lack of professionalism throughout our interactions. To begin with, Mr. Salim incessantly spammed my phone with back-to-back calls without leaving any messages. I understand that follow-up is essential, but it would have been much more considerate for him to leave a message and wait for me to get back to him. This disregard for proper communication was off-putting and set the tone for my entire experience.Furthermore, when I finally made it to the bank for my scheduled meeting, I was left waiting for an astonishing 50 minutes in the waiting area without any acknowledgment or greeting from any staff member. The lack of basic customer service was deeply disappointing, and it made me question the bank's commitment to providing a satisfactory experience.Eventually, Mr. Salim approached me after half an hour, offering me a bottle of water. Given that I had been waiting for an hour, I gladly accepted. However, he never returned with the water, leaving me feeling neglected and even more frustrated. It is unacceptable for a customer to be left dehydrated and disregarded in such a manner. To compound matters, a few days later, I received a letter from Chase Bank requesting additional information about my account. This gave me the impression that Mr. Salim did not handle my case competently during our initial meeting. I made multiple attempts to contact him through phone calls and emails, but to my dismay, I received no response whatsoever.Frustrated with the lack of professionalism and service, I decided to visit another Chase Bank branch in Newburgh. The contrast in customer service was astounding. I was promptly greeted at the door, and the staff's attentiveness and willingness to assist me were exemplary. This positive experience only highlighted the abysmal service I had received at the Farmington branch. In conclusion, my encounter with Chase Bank, specifically with Rafi Salim at the Farmington branch, was exceptionally disappointing. The lack of professionalism, excessive waiting time, failure to deliver on simple gestures, and subsequent lack of responsiveness left a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be returning to the Farmington Chase Bank branch, and I would caution others against seeking service there.

Worst customer service ever. Lead Assistance Lady at the counter @ around 2pm on 5/18 was very rude and short tempered. No eagerness to help nor ready to listen to the issue. She was only interested in trying to get rid of the situation by loosing her cool and by giving some dump excuses. Worst ever banking experience. Time to switch bank. Stay away from this branch.

Set up an appointment with the bank manager to open a special account for my business. I got 3 calls reminding me not to miss the appointment. The day of the appointment I’m told instead of the manager I’m meeting with a younger banker who immediately tells me he’s never set up this type of trust account before and doesn’t know how to do it. This was after I was kept waiting for 15 minutes, as I’m listening to him solicit the previous customer for her friends/neighbors’ banking needs. So he says he doesn’t know how to set up the account I specifically requested the appointment for, but tells me not to worry because he’ll call the manager and find out. Manager doesn’t pick up. He calls another coworker, who also can’t help. At this point I walked across the street to Citizens and opened my account there. If you’re a young professional, expect to be foisted off as training fodder for their junior bankers. By contrast, Citizens has treated me very well.
