Stay away from the ATM at this branch. It malfunctions on a regular basis. Yesterday I tried to make a withdrawal. The ATM went through the entire process but failed to dispense the requested cash. I completed the process a second time. This time the requested cash was dispensed. Today, when I looked at my bank account I see that the bank charged my account for two withdrawals...when only one was actually made. I contacted the bank and they told me it would take over ten days to give me my money back. That is poor customer service. I do not recommend doing business with this bank.

I went in to replace my debit card that had been compromised. I handed the teller the card she needed to terminate. Instead she closed a different card on a different account, which was then declined when I tried to use it. Now they are closed until Tuesday. Extremely disappointing service.

Very rude staff. The banker was condescending and unhelpful when I had made an error during a wire transfer as this was my first time doing so. She continued to place blame on me until I apologized. I had to be the one to try to move forward from the situation as she continuously shamed me. I will not be going back to this location.

The ATM broke while I made a deposit and I have to wait 8-10 days according to the call center to be credited my money. I also reported it to the branch and I have to wait until Wednesday because that’s the only day the ATM gets serviced. They will only remove fees for my inconvenience. I’m waiting until they credit my account and then bye-bye!

This bank charges 10 a month processing fee even if you don’t have money in the account… that awful for a bank to do that. Time to look for another bank

I have used this bank for my checking account for over 20 years and I stayed there just because it's such a pain in the butt to switch. However, this year I decided to refinance with them. Very bad move. Not only with Covid slowing it down, they clearly either do not know what they're doing, or don't have enough staff because I started this in June and Its now almost December and they have come up with more problems and may not be able to do my loan. I could have and should've been closed by now. Do not use them!!!

This bank is a great bank with great service as many of them have. The bankers are good bankers and the managers are great managers. I would highly reccomend this bank to others and would suggest opening a checking account and a credit card with them for new clients.
