This is the last resort Comerica Bank to go to I opened up a business account last month and have been to several Comerica Banks from Southfield all the way to commerce township young lady at the teller took my check that I was trying to cash not only once but twice going there had to wait longer than 20 min at the window while two ladies talked about my account for that 20 min can hear them talking about the account from the window if you'd like to cash a check do not go here the ladies act like you're taking money out of their accounts oh yeah did I say very rude snotty like they're doing you a favor. Love Comerica do not like this Bank drake and grandriver Farmington hills.

I have been here twice for work. The wait was a little longer than I expected but not horrible. Staff has been very friendly.

If you have any money DO NOT come to this location. Possibly don't even consider Comerica at all. I just wasted 40 minutes here(there was no line) simply trying to DEPOSIT a check from the STATE TREASURY into my comerica account that I have had open for ~16 years. There was 0 intent to withdraw any of the amount. Everyone working needed to be consulted if it was ok to deposit this check into my account apparently. Multiple phone calls were made. I could have and should have opened a new account at any other bank and been paid to do so through new account incentives. I would have only needed to deposit around 36% of this check to make $350-600 with hsbc or chase as named examples. Instead I get nothing and 40 minutes of my time taken for trusting my bank I have had a relationship with for as mentioned ~16 years. In what world is this Comerica location in that does not want to take your money. I will most likely be withdrawing the full amount and going to a new bank with it based on this experience. Contemplating also closing this account. I don't need to be treated like some kind of criminal for wanting to make a DEPOSIT.

Called ahead and asked if they had half dollars, they said yes and I said I'll be there. I get there, they make me wait for a specific teller for 10 minutes, and only once I get to that point do they tell me they can't sell me the half dollars because I don't have an account. Inconsiderate customer service.

This branch of Comerica is the best place to go for customer service. The manager and staff are friendly and helpful. They seem to have a real good handle on consumer issues as well as business and trust/estates. I would highly recommend this branch of Comerica.
