Bank wont cash 2 paychecks from the company I work for and which my employer banks with. They wont tell me why....says "they are not allowed to tell me".You guys suck stuff & things!Added to 1 year later.... still same dive just slower... now go eat a bag of dips

I had the worst experience with comerica customer service. Somebody named Kay? I believe was extremely rude to me and did not understand that my mom did not speak English. I told her many times my mom can't speak English much nor can she understand it. She tried to get us a translator even tho I said I can translate. She said she couldn't find someone to translate and Said to call another day. I have called comerica before I know I could translate for my mom. I told her let me translate, after persuading her (even though there literally is no need for ME to persuade her)she allowed my mom to verify her identity. Once we got to some information that she didn't have in hand, I told her she went to go and grab it. When my mom came back, she said she couldn't do it anymore without a translator, even the only piece of information she needed was 4 numbers. She then continued to speak to my mother in English and my mom told me what she's talking about. When I asked the lady she went off about how I can't talk to you at all. I kept telling her my mom doesn't understand English so she wants to know what you sre saying. She said I'm not talking to you anymore, put your mom back on the phone.Like she requested I gave the phone to my mom and of Course like I said my mom did not understand what she was saying, again my mom DOESN'T understand a lot of English. She finally said they we can't do this over the phone cause there's no translator nor can she understand, even though she only needed 4 more numbers for me to be able to translate.There was no reason why she could have just let ME know that my mom needs to come to the bank instead she confused my mom and waisted our time.The worst customer service I have ever had.Like I said I have done this before but apparently she's the only one that cant understand how language barriers work.She really did not seem to want to help us the minute I mentioned that my mom can't speak much English. This is very racist of her and I can't believe we just had to go through that.

Kim Parrish and his staff are so kind and helpful. After years of banking with Comerica, this is by FAR my favorite branch.

Staff was great but the asst. bank manager Maria Estep was the worse in her professionalism and customer service. I arrived here this Saturday to cash a large check drawn off there bank and this was the only branch I found to accommodate me under the banks procedures. All was well until the teller sought the approval of Maria who began a barrage of questions and approached me very abrasively.

If you run out of checks and need a counter check at 3:45pm don't go here she's at lunch until 4:30pm. She is only one that can give one to you! But cashier offer to tell where I could possibly go find another Comerica ha ha! Comerica will charge you fast enough for other things in a timely matter!!!! Need to have someone else to take them over while she at a very late lunch!! Good idea hey manager!!! Not good service for a bank I've been with 30 years or more! Does Comerica executives even pay attention to theses posts? I just don't understand why I can't get full service while they are open or when I need to do transaction after work on my way to appt.?????????

Comerica seriously has the rudest, most racist, unprofessional people I have ever met. They don't care about their customers interest, they care about themselves. they all lack proper financial and banking advice skills. Taking my business else where. Save yourself the headache and disappointment, you'll thank me later.

We deal with several banks for our business accounts and Comerica has been decent to deal with but it has it's drawbacks. For one, I have to go inside to cash petty cash checks which is a pain in my ass and secondly, depending on who your teller is I feel like I'm being rushed and often get only a half smile instead of the friendly welcome you'd like from an operation that's charging you to hold onto YOUR money. On top of that, they make me use some skeevy thumbprint ink pad when cashing those petty cash checks since I don't have a personal account....gross. That said, in the past I've run into a lot of issues with our business account since I don't have my own personal account there, but thankfully that seems to have been remedied.
