I have found this is the best pharmacy of this chain I had to deal with. Never much of a line and when there is it moves quickly. It might be because I get so many prescriptions that have to be filled, but even a few of the people behind the counter knows my name. If they don't have one of my too many prescriptions in stock, they quickly order it. While I hate the fact that if you don't pick the refill up on the day it is done you get too many text reminders and a phone call, it is not the store's fault. I also don't like having refills auto filled but that is the name of the game with most chain pharmacies these days. Only wish that they had a drive thru and be open 24 hrs. 365 days a week but I know they won't. Just got spoiled by one of those in the Walgreens chain when I lived in Monroe. ( See it was only EBS that got me this spoiled) Will use this location as long as I am in Farmington.

Lisa the cashier was casually being racist with the only other customer in the store. Both of them talking about immigrants and how they'll have even more freedom if it wasn't for Trump- while I, an immigrant, waited in line and could hear them. Completely disgusting and unprofessional and made me feel so uncomfortable.

I'll keep it short and sweet, staff is slow and not much help with coupons. Not worth it.

The slowest pharmacy around. If you don't need your medication right away by all means leave it here. For most places 3-4 hours is more than enough time, but they must be in some sort of time warp or have zero help. For comparisons, last week I had an antibiotic faxed to a nearby pharmacy, I left the doctor, went to the other pharmacy, and it was READY!!

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. The women that work at the pharmacy are wonderful (at least to me). This review in no way has anything to do with them. The rest of the staff is incompetent and not willing to help when help is needed. I have had been a loyal CVS customer for over 30 years. Tomorrow I will be moving all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy along with all the other money that I spend in that place. I vow to never again set foot in a CVS from this day forward. I am going to let the district manager/corporate know about my experiences here. Way to lose a long-term customer over $15 - Bravo!!! They can shove my CVS card straight up their @$$.

Today, at 12:30pm I tried to make a delivery (7up delivery driver) to this store and was totally disrespected by a female manager. My DEX machine (printer) was malfunctioning and I asked if she could print the paperwork out in her office. She stated, "I wish they would stop sending IDIOTs to the store." I said, "please don't call me out of my name" She then stated, "get your s*** and get out of my store." So, I was unable to complete my delivery. I am very disappointed and as to how I was spoken to and treated. I will make a complaint to corporate.

Pharmacy checkout line (not waiting on a Rx fill; just picking one up that's ready) has ALWAYS been logic-defying slow; like it's a checkbox on their performance review and they work extra hard at it. More often than not pharmacy cashiers give impression they're doing you a favor - today was a perfect example. Just one customer in front of me; an elderly person who took a very long time; my turn the pharmacy cashier just gave me the I-hate-my-job-monotone with the 1,000 yard-stare-right-through-you look ...as she wished me a good day. (I get that you don't like your job; it probably seems like a dead-end job; you make that clear. But you choose to be in retail; and sometimes you gotta suck it up and be pleasant to the folks that pay your salary...just sayin'.) SMH--attitude is such basic Retailing 101.

Very unhelpful. Apparently they won't take a passport photo in the morning because of “glare.†It wasn't even sunny out. Don't waste your time here.
