I placed an order on February 14 in the daytime with the scheduled pick up for 4 PM. The total was $122 which was charged to my card and confirmation sent to email even a second confirmation thanking me for placing my order was sent. I arrive at edible arrangement in Farmington Hills, on grand River for them to tell me all orders placed on the date of or day before are being voided and a refund would issued in a couple days. The staff even went as far as making the sarcastic and unneeded comment of “who waits to the day of to place an order” and “you seem mad that you can’t get your order.” I absolutely am upset actually pissed because I drove 35 minutes due to this location being listed as the only one taking orders the day of. No one from the location had the decency to contact orders via email or phone to notify me and others there that they are being voided. This is unacceptable and the customer service provided at Farmington Hills is ridiculous, poor, and terrible. Don’t waste your time.

The worst customer service!! They canceled my order and didn't get a refund or email letting me know it canceled. When I called the man was very rude and defensive and had the never to hang up in my face. The worst location. They are not reliable at all.

If I could put a zero star I would. My Valentine's Day gift for my daughter never arrived. I told them it was being delivered to a school and the school's hours they attempted to deliver at 5:00 p.m. when nobody was there. Then when I called it took forever to get through to somebody finally got somebody and they guaranteed to be on the next truck. Again they attempted to deliver after hours so my daughter did not get for Valentine's Day gift. But it add she's 13. When I called I was told I'd get a credit put back to my card and that never happened I've attempted to call multiple times since then got no responses. Customer service is absolutely horrible and this company sucks. If someone from corporate reads this you should probably give me a call. The staff at the Farmington location will know what order this is pertaining to. do not buy from this company if you want something delivered on time.

Rude, dishonest and terrible all around. Placed an order online for today, paid extra because of it AND WAS CHARGED but they decided they're not filling any orders. Every other shop had the decency to turn off online orders except this one.Do not trust them!!!Update 2/16/24 - no call back, no refund.

Incompetent staff cancelled my order day of scheduled delivery without even notifying me. They did not even answer their phone despite several calls. Thanks for ruining a special occasion. Never coming back here for business and do not recommend!

“If you ordered after 12pm yesterday, your order will be voided”Ok so why can we order? Your company owes me $25 for gas because of how stupid your staff is. Why can’t I order at any other location? Because they’re competent enough to turn off their order function. To the owner, you need to do better and your staff needs to do better

I absolutely love this Edible Arrangements location in Farmington. I used to go to the one is Plymouth because it’s more conveniently located for me but I had to leave due to years of repeated rude service from staff and owner and hit or miss products.But let’s talk about how fantastic the Farmington store is!!! Every time I go in they wow me with their kindness and delicious fruits. The manager, Shay is so kind and accommodating. I feel like she’s always looking out for me. I can tell that she truly takes pride in her job. The arrangements are perfect and so is the service.Thank you for always be so great!!

I needed an urgent gift today, I spoke with SHAY on the phone not only did she get me exactly what I wanted she went above and beyond to help me with a sweet note to add while also helping stay in my price range!

The most rudest staff we have ever dealt with. If my wife do not have them on speaker phone, my son and I would have never believed what we heard. Called to complain about molded strawberries and expired pecans. They were offended that we called. People pretending to be manager supervisors employees telling us what they would do. It was crazy and sad. The owner either doesn’t have a clue or doesn’t care. they’ll be out of business by the end the year or sooner if they don’t clean out this staff .Save yourself and stay AWAY from this location. We normally love this company. Now, this location is garage.

I was very impressed with the upstanding service that I received by Shay and the other associates. Its refreshing to get good respectful service, which has become more rare these days. Shay and the team went over and above to ensure that my order was the way I wanted it. In lieu of sending flowers, I sent the Always In Our Heart Sympathy Bouquet with a side of the freshly baked cookies. The family who loss their dad, said it brought a smile to their face in their time of sorrow. The cookies were for the grandkids who loved their grandpa very much. I look forward to ordering with you again. Thank you!?

I live in Myrtle Beach, SC and wanted to send an arrangement to friends in Michigan.I looked online & found the location of this store to be in close proximity to their address.I called directly & spoke to the most pleasant woman. I'm sorry I didn't ask her name because I would love to give her personal praise.I had looked up the fruit platter I wanted so I knew my selection.She informed me that that size platter was unavailable but instead they were making two smaller ones.I was a bit hesitant because I thought it might look strange.She said it was my decision but said it would be very nice.She was so pleasant and so honest I decided to go ahead with the order.The next day it was delivered & it wasn't long before my friends were thanking me for the gift.They sent pictures & assured me the fruit was absolutely delicious.They liked the two individual trays because it made refrigerator storage easier.Thanks again to the wonderful woman who took my order.It was my pleasure doing business with you!

Look at all their 1 ⭐️ reviews lately. Location has gone downhill. Don’t order from here unless you like disappointment and frustration. With the way these clowns ? operate, I see them going out of business in the near future. If you do decide to order, be sure to use a credit card so you can do a chargeback when your arrangement doesn’t arrive and the store won’t answer the phone.

It's 10pm and still my order has not been delivered. Called the Farmington Hills Michigan store and left a message that I can come pick it up but never received a response or my delivery. Thanks for ruining my wife's a 3year old mother's day.
