I bought a car yesterday from Jasmine Owens. Most wonderful sales team I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Even though they were an hour away she made the process very easy and they worked around obstacles to get me into the 2020 Malibu I am in now. I can’t thank you guys enough for all your hard work!!! The man in this gas station is so racist and rude he couldn't of been more means to me that anybody I have ever seen in my entire life he literally made me cry I just came home from work I've been gone for 12 hours I just wanted to buy a pack of cigarettes in leave . Reserved a car for a couple of days for a repair I was doing. The price is awesome since I reserved an economy car but was upgraded to an SUV. However, the state of the car that they gave me was not great. The service signal was on in the car when he started it, and he said "don't worry, just came back from oil change, they just forgot to turn it off". I didn't understand why they couldn't just turn it off before giving it to me? Kind of weird. Also the car smells terrible. It's clear that whoever used this car before me was smoking...something....in it. And whatever car freshener bomb that Enterprise attempted to cover it up with JUST REEKS. If I had to use this car longer, I would insist on a change, but I just keep the windows open when I drive it for now. I get a headache and feel nauseous if I have to be in it for more than 20 minutes, and I feel like it's in my clothes even after I get out. Really gross. I thought maybe it would air out like maybe I got it right after it was returned, but it's the same pungent smell every time I get in. I feel like they shoved their worst car on me because I reserved an economy and they needed someone to take this car so others wouldn't have to.

If could give them 0 stars I would. They bamboozle their customers and lie about upgrading you. Also, if you rent and plan to return a car on Saturday or Sunday, BUYER BEWARE because there is no grace period and they will charge you for the days they are closed which is Sunday and then for Monday. They say they have no cameras so that they can't prove you didn't bring it back on time and the manager Matthew will lie to you and say he stayed after 12pm which is their closing time, when in reality is probably not true. They are unprofessional and snarky and know exactly how to swindle you if you are given a free upgrade from a previous manager that was understanding and more accommodating than the pushy scam artists they have working there now. Oh? And did I mention I was on HOLD for 50 minutes!!! Who does that? It's so unprofessional, I can't believe it. So they're a family owned business and their 55 year old philosophy is treating customers the way they deserve to be treated. Well, we are being treated like dirt and they have Literally stolen our money. That's groceries for a week. They kept $93.97 of our hard earned money and have no remorse doing so. If you try to call corporate, they give you the wrong number that leads you nowhere. THE WAS WORST CAR RENTAL LOCATION AND EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! They ruined our vacation and kept calling and wasting our time. What are you @enterpriserentacar going to do to remedy the situation?
