We usually go to a different location and this was the first ever time we went to this location and we had an extremely bad experience upon entry. My wife asked if she could get hair colored politely, and the lady by name Molly who answered us at entry was very sarcastic, instead of just replying that they don’t do hair coloring services at the location, she was kept on talking sarcastically. We wanted to tell her right there, but wanted to avoid an ugly discussion. Although the other lady who trimmed my son’s hair was very polite and did an awesome job. Due to the bad experience, we never feel like coming here again.

Jacqueline cut my hair my last two visits and I will not go to anyone else. She cuts perfect hair, the fade was really good and smooth. I will be back to see her again soon.

Gabriela is a great person and knows all the tricks of cutting hair. Everyone comes to get there hair cut with here. So it is very important to check in as she is very sought after hair stylist!

Unfortunately, I got scabies from this location. They should take hygiene and sanitation more seriously. Cut was good.

I had a great hair cut here about two months ago, but most recently a very horrible one. So bad that I am taking the time to write this review.
Getting a haircut should be enjoyable, not painful.
The person “cutting” my hair was in such a rush they were basically ripping my hair out in chunks. I could hear the clippers bogging down many times from going too fast. They also stabbed my ears with the clippers multiple times and they didn’t even acknowledge it. Very rough handling of my head with their hands.
I felt like the person cutting my hair was angry that I came in to get my haircut. I did not feel welcome.
When they claimed to be finished, I pointed out one side was longer than the other and I would like it evened up. They decided to ignore my request and cut my hairline back on one side instead.
They did not ask if they could, or if that was what I wanted.
Extremely pissed off with the end result. Shouldn’t have paid for what was done to me.
I will not be coming back to this location again.

We can in for my son's summer haircut - which we always go a little crazy on. Vanity listened to what my son wanted, interacted great with him, and then took the time to show me how to style it without trying to upset me on specific products. She was great. Thank you.
