I was wondering why they were offering people $600 to join their bank. Didn't take long to realize the deplorable costumer service by these people.Walked into this place with a cashier's check in hand ready to open an account and get my bonus. The lady that talked to me was so rude, so dismissive, so irritated and so awful that i just left because i didn't feel like i can trust them with my money. She yelled "make a better day!!" at me as i was walking out. I didn't even respond because she was such a piece of trash that i didn't see the value in engaging her anymore.Dear Huntington,Make better hiring decisions and you won't have to bribe people to join you.

Consistently lack of customer service. Had to go to another location because mgt never present. Another time no teller or mgt present to help inside. It baffles me they spend $ for multiple offices but not on extra staff

Called 4 times to schedule an appointment and got no callback. Staff was helpful but the issue was unresolved.

Are worse bank I’ve ever had to use. I’ve been with this location for some 20 odd years. It has been so many different names I can’t even remember them all. But not until it became Huntington did it become a hot mess. We know it’s managements fault because there are some of the same employees who were always great. It’s the third time I’ve asked for a debit card I still don’t have it. They change my account number even though multiple banks have used the same ones. The other day I went to try to get in I couldn’t they had a special transaction. The drive-through is just a disaster it was always so quick and easy why is it now taking forever? This is not the fault of the employees this is some sort of management issue solve it or I will be taking my business elsewhere. By the way I’m writing this while in your drive-through lane and I have not moved at all

I had some inside banking to do and was very pleased to find out that the lobby and teller service are both open and accessible.I was able to complete all my banking needs inside.Grand River Avenue is under construction so getting in and out of this location requires patience and awareness of your surroundings.
