Service was slow as they were a little busy, and that is fine to me if the food takes longer to come out. However, when the food comes out it should be warm… the mussels were very cold and the soupy sauce it was in was also cold. Made it very unenjoyable. I could tell it was just forgotten to be brought out to us. Mussels also had many cracked shells which got in the soup and felt like I almost chipped a tooth accidentally biting on a small piece of shell. Not a great first experience.

The worst experience ?Reservation was done by phone and They said not Reservation registered, we waited 25 minutes until they provided one table, after that nobody come to bring water or take the order during 25 minutes and we was in the cross area and just arrive one person and she said oh sorry i didn't realize that someone use this table. Then ordered was took but we spent more than one hour to receive it. The Hamburger was terrible.

I don't know what happened to this place. Used to be the best restaurant in town. Owners ran this place into the ground. Food sucks. Prices suck. Most of the wait staff is friendly but there's only so much they can do. Oh and the owner(?) is an absolute jerk. I watched him come into the bar next door yelling because a handicapped person parked in the handicap spot out back and HE wanted it. Screw cowleys. Go literally anywhere else in town.

We were first time diners. When I called to make the reservation I was asked if I want to be upstairs where there is a band or downstairs in the dining area. I chose upstairs since it was girls night out. I was told the band goes on at 8pm. What they failed to mention was that if you arrive for your food reservation and the doorman has taken his post then there is an additional $5 fee per person to get to our reserved dinner table. Also the band starts setting up a bit before 7pm so the doorman sat and started collecting entry fees. So my table of 7 all had to pay to eat dinner. If this information was given at the time of reservation I would have at least been able to ask all attendees if they were okay with the cover charge, not be surprised with it once we had already arrived.I felt that the prices of food was too high for the quality. The Reuben was not impressive with its small portion of meat and its toasted white bread. We were told it is white rye. ?♀️ The lobster bake was super salty, I couldn’t give it away to group. Alcoholic drinks were decent but we were never asked if we wanted another.Service was definitely the worst part of the evening. She was rude, basically snapped at us on more than one occasion. Service was very slow also. It took a fair amount of time to get our meals and a very long time to get the bills and have them collected. I would say we were there an hour longer than needed to be. It was spent just waiting, nothing about the establishment that evening said Irish pub to us. We were hoping for tradition Irish food and choice of Irish drinks. There are no drink menusNow the band was really good. They are a cover band and did a terrific job. Had a packed dance floor. Well what turned in to a dance floor. Not sure if we would return or not.

Thank you Greg, Emily, Katie, Gina, and Hannah! We received gracious, attentive and professional service for the “Irish wake” celebrating my brother’s life. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, the service was top notch and the food was fantastic. Don’t miss this gem! I wish we lived closer. Thank you all for your care. You were a gift to us. ☘️?

Do the Irish really eat here? It's been over 10 years since we last dined here. We only went this time because of a birthday gathering. We ordered the fish and chips and French dip. I asked for tartar sauce and the waitress said it comes with remoulade. I said I'd like tartar sauce and she said it's the same thing. I told her it's not. She then said, it's what we have - do you want it or not? The fish came out and there are three pieces with a small coleslaw and fries. The fish was okay, the batter is kind of heavy. The slaw was a little watered down which made me question its freshness. The fries were overcooked and dry. The French dip - the beef lacked seasoning and was overcooked. No amount of au jus helped. After 7:30p, there is a $5 cover charge upstairs as there is a band. That said, we were done eating and the band was running late and didn't start when they were supposed to!

Atmosphere was nice, service lacked enthusiasm, and attentiveness. My wife and I walked in and were told to sit wherever, we sat down for close to 10 minutes before we even saw a server another 5 for a beer list. Ordered the special "baseball steak" which should be a center cut sirloin but the meat on my plate not only cut like a flank but had the consistency of a flank steak. I will not be returning.
