Extremely Rude. Can't speak to the salon services but I called mistakenly, and the man who answered the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me after I said very politely that I may have accidentally called the wrong salon. It frustrated me so I called back to let him know that I thought that was very rude and he hung up on me again. Wouldn't do business with people who treat the general public like this.

The owner of this establishment is very rude. I’ve witnessed him get very mad at people for parking in front of his store who aren’t customers. The owner doesn’t own the parking spots because he is obviously too stupid to try and ask the city to claim those parking spots. I’m sure the hair dressers are amazing but I wouldn’t go to a salon and support a business where the hair owner is rude to everyone. I suggest all the stylist find a new place to work.

I witnessed the owner yelling at a girl getting in her car for parking in front of this store, he did not ask her not to do it (which would have been inappropriate too, his business does not have any priority parking) seeing this man be so rude to a random girl is actually disgusting i feel bad for everyone who has to work with this man

The best hairdresser in Farmington Hills. Hands down the owner knows how to style and cut hair. I moved to FLA 3 yrs ago and fly home to see my family and Michael!!

my nephew went to this hair salon and hated it. he keeps sobbing about his new hair. i have to agree, it looks bad. it looks nothing like the haircut he wanted! they go to school in 2 days and they're afraid they're gonna get bullied. 1/10.Service: Haircut
