I would recommend finding another Manufacturer for Auto Detail products. Sam Brown partnered with 3D & is no longer selling other products out of their main facility. I will not be back to either of their stores.

I have nothing but good experiences for years and years at SAM BROWN company the people are very personable , I have been going to them for over 30 years and they have always treated me with respect, if they don’t have something that I need they will either get it for me or find it very soon, A few years ago when I was heavy into detailing they special ordered me a few cases of a product I need it now let me ask you who does that nowadays, I guess SAM BROWN five stars and I hope to keep going to them for all my car detailing needs as long as I have a car. Hello Everyone . I'm not recomend this company. Because one person who works there his name is Mais. He is rude men , yelling for no reason, he always not happy with nothing, he doesn't know how to talk with people and not respect them. And I know two people who always sitting on the phone all day at work . Alex and Lilia. And they lie to company that they are friends. But it's Not. In this company always dirty . IM NOT RECOMEND THIS COMPANY.

Just saw one of their big trucks run two stops sign in a subdivision in Madison heights on 12/23/24. Not cool bro. If you're going to be reckless don't do it in a company truck ya know?
