Nowadays you can always find a cheaper tile from somewhere, but you can’t find a better place than the tile shop when you need the great advise to help you making the right selection in styles , colors and material. Andrew Johnson was very helpful going through the details of the pros and cons. The tile shop also has the great return policies, 60 days for unused items and tiles in a full box.

I purchased $3642 worth of mosaic tile in April 2023 for a kitchen remodel. The salesman told us at the time of purchase that if we had any left over, we could always return it.As it’s not uncommon, I ran into delays with the remodel. When I attempted to return a box and a half to the store for a refund, they refused to accept it because they said it was past the two month date.I understand store policies; but anyone should make exceptions for construction delays. Now I’m stuck with this expensive tile that I have to try and sell it for MUCH less myself.

I purchased $3642 (before the contractor discount )worth of mosaic tile in April 2023 for a kitchen remodel. It was being used for my backsplash. The salesman, Tyrone Hearing told my contractor and myself that if we had any left over we could always return it. He encouraged us to get an extra box. Each box contains 10 tiles at the cost of nearly $100 a square foot. As it's not uncommon, I ran into delays in my remodeling project because of my cabinets. That pushed my installation till July. When I attempted to return a box and a half to the store for a refund, they refused to accept it because they said it was past the two month deadline. I understand store, policies; but anyone should make exceptions for construction delays. Now I'm stuck with the expensive tile that I have to try and sell for much less than the price I paid!! NOT HAPPY!!

Second time shopping here. A variety of tiles to choose from for every budget and they have the installation material you need for the projects as well. We always had someone asking us if we need help. This time we had help from Roger, who was very helpful, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Great experience. Thank you Roger.

They suggest to buy more than you need then they won’t return the extra. Everything is overpriced. What a racket. It should be 90 days to return, like all other stores, trying to get good contractors in a timely manner is very difficult. 90 days would not be a problem with keeping the product consistent.

I have spent well into 6 figures at this location, I have 2 new projects so stopped in for sample or 2, my rep was gone, a young lady talking with her co workers at the desk, asked if I needed help I explained the projects, she said we don't have anything like that here? I pointed to the display, she walked me over and said, this not what I said, then told me they have no samples? I just left, sad to have to go elsewhere

Friendly staff. Prices are not what people would expect compared to big stores.

Shopped here for tile for different rooms and homes 6 times. Never purchased tile here. Limited selection is why. Also the tile sample boards sometimes are too old and do not match the tiles stored below.

We were sent here by our contractor to choose tile for our master bath remodel. They have a wide variety of tiles as well as other materials involved in a remodel such as metal trim, grout, etc. Initially, it was quite overwhelming with so much to choose from. The showroom models did help with visualizing how things would go together. What helped the most was the awesome customer service we got from MAXWELL!!! He was patient, friendly, kind and very knowledgeable. He understood what we were looking for and gave us different options (porcelain / marble) within our chosen color scheme. Max made what could've been an overwhelming experience, a great and quite easy one! I highly recommend this store and especially MAXWELL!

I provoded the exact measurements, the manager sold me more than I needed, I was unable to get any of their "approved" installers to do the work (went through the entire list) and finally had to hire someone off of Thumb Tac. By the time I finally got it done they would not accept a return of the excess that the manager had over sold me. It's a scam folks. Buyer beware.

The tile is nice and gives a wider selection than a place like Home Depot. They have varying styles of grout and alternatives to heavy cement board called GoBoard© that is far easier to install, lighter, and just as strong. ?You should know that when you buy tile at one point in time, and it has a specific name, you could buy that same-named tile at a later date and THE TILE BE DIFFERENT?!?This is because tile, especially the stone tiles (marble 'n such) is pulled from stone quarries, often times in overseas areas requiring import. It isn't 3d printed in some factory off a JPEG or whatever. ?The quarries have lot numbers that differentiate between quarries, but variations WITHIN the quarry can still occur. If you didn't learn anything from basic earth science, then heaven help you. ?This is one of the many reasons to be super patient when purchasing tile. They have salespeeps to help you, but if you can't understand basis earth science, then what are you confidently wailing complaints within earshot of other people for? ?Granted, there are porcelain tiles that are basically 3d-printed, but even these will vary, as they too have to keep up with whatever gray is in fashion to the millisecond. ?Also, they have these stone outlet covers that are the coolest, they look like Jurassic Park or something. Also, diamond studded grout, I ain't that bourgeoisie, but it's there too. ?God bless you all.
