“Today, I had a wonderful experience with the Assistant Manager Crystal, at the W. Eight Mile in Livonia, MI. When arrived she was servicing another customer. Crystal acknowledged me by saying she would be with me shortly. I waited probably less than 5 minutes. She was able to bring up my reservation that I made online to complete my move-in. Crystal was thorough and professional explaining the paperwork that I was signing. She also explained the fees for today and moving forward. Once every thing was completed, she also asked did I have any questions. She explained to me how to enter and exit the property. Finally, I was made aware of the business hours that someone would be there and the hours that I could visit my unit. I am very happy as a new customer. Thank you Crystal, I appreciate your service.

“It was very quick to pick up the trailer, someone was in the parking lot to hook it up and check the lights. I towed about 600 miles, and everything was fine, no issues.”
“Great service by Martina!!!! She waited pass closing when Uhaul changed out location pick up 3 times! They did not give us enough time to get to pick up before closing. When I called the Novi location Martina waited for my husband to arrive and even changed the tire that was low! She went way beyond her duties to take good care of a customer. “Absolute lifesavers! I had a terrible experience with the Saginaw store—they misled me and made my moving day completely miserable. I walked into the 7 Mile Road location stressed and exhausted, but the staff here was beyond kind and friendly. They listened to what happened, fixed the mess the other store created, and truly turned my day around. It takes a lot to put a smile on someone's face in the middle of a stressful move, but they managed to do it. Highly recommend this location for their amazing customer service!”

“This is a small dealer that manages vehicles, storage and some boxes and moving stuff. If you're looking for full inventory available online this may not be your best option even though they have most generic boxes and supplies. The lady that was there was super kind and very resourceful.”
