The supervisor Jackie made us wait for over 35 mins and still did not come out to help. The 2 employees at the counter were very courteous to remind Jackie 4 times atleast during the wait to which she just continued on her phone and never came out.

The short woman working the front desk with her hair in a small bun was unbelievably rude. She spoke with the nastiest tone I’ve ever heard and made the whole experience miserable. When I went to use the service tablet to leave feedback, she clicked it herself so I couldn’t review her awful attitude. The workers here are so lazy it’s pathetic. If you hate your job that much, quit — nobody wants to be around your nasty energy. Completely unprofessional and miserable. FIRE HER — she has no business working with the public.

The front desk workers here are extremely rude, nasty, and unprofessional. They speak to customers with disgusting attitudes like they hate their lives. People like this should not be in customer service — the entire front staff needs to be fired.

I completely agree with the other reviewers when it comes to the frustration of dealing with this post office. The level of incompetence and unprofessionalism is staggering. I’ve had multiple instances where I receive someone else’s mail, or worse, don’t receive my own at all, even though I get a delivery notification showing what’s supposed to be arriving that day. It’s a regular issue, and I constantly find myself having to visit the post office just to return misdelivered mail.
What’s even more frustrating is how simple it should be to deliver mail to the correct address. It's baffling that this basic task seems to be such a challenge. When I call to ask about the issues or inquire about a package, the staff on the phone have a terrible attitude, acting like I’m somehow bothering them. The lack of professionalism and courtesy is honestly unbelievable.
If you're looking for reliable service, I recommend avoiding this location. It’s been nothing but a hassle, and I'm tired of having to deal with mistakes and poor customer service. There needs to be serious improvement, but based on my experience, that doesn’t seem likely anytime soon.

if i could make 0 star, i’d love to do that. no matter how many times i order something and it’s USPS, ITS NEVER DELIVERED TO ME! I HAD FREAKING REFUND MY ORDER AND IVE HAD ENOUGH, even from Shein, Shop, etc
AND I COULDNT CHOOSE MY EXPRESS DELIVERY BECAUSE THE SYSTEM idk.
i hate this sm. even the unpopular express delivery could find my address SMH!

If you don’t like your job then get another one; bad service and waited 20+ minutes to drop off prepaid packages during 3 separate visits.

If I could give this place a zero! I would save yourself the time and stay away from this place. The disappearance of the service was always consistent, that’s the only thing that they were being consistent about. Waiting for over 45 minutes just to do less of a 5 minute service seems too much to ask for.
