Opened 8mins late. No apologies for the late open. Employee had an attitude because they were called in on their off day. I was inquiring about options and better understanding of services offered and completely unprofessional

You will have to wait in line for 45 minutes for them to tell you that they cannot do changes of address there. They will tell you that you have to go to 12 mile to talk to a supervisor.

Staff are always helpful and nice. Lines can be long or you are left waiting a while but it’s not because of the workers. The other Customers are usually the reason because they don’t have the right information needed.

The place is too slow and doesn’t appreciate your time. It’ll take you about 3-5 business days of standing in line before you get to the counter.

Postal person won't stop giving us all the mail for our neighbors two units down. Getting real tired of getting their mail because the postal person can't bother to check unit numbers.

July 5, 2024 mailed the payment priority mail down in Memphis Tennessee as of today they still have not received it! Now thanks to the post office. I’m gonna be charged the late fee. I’ve called them complaint to higher levels and my issue is still not been resolved.

It's a post office. It's not therapy. It's not a doctors office. It's a place to mail letters and packages. Sometimes things break, like scales and stamp machines. People break things, no surprise. Later, they get fixed. Again, it is a post office and I mail things and get receipts and the system is still working. Is everyone friendly all the time? You can answer that yourself. Control your reaction and move on through your day. Reading the reviews SMH.
