In front of me in line was a family who did not speak English and I saw how helpful the staff was being in making sure they understood everything regarding vaccines and their insurance. “The amount of customer care that this Vitamin Shoppe has is unparalleled. I originally went to another Vitamin Shoppe looking for an item that was no longer in stock, and the service rep was not very willing to help beyond that. Going to this Vitamin Shoppe was a very different story. The service rep here took care and diligence to see if the product was at another location or if it was available online. When neither were an option, he called the nearest health store to ask if they had that product in stock, which they did. The kind of care I received was unmatched, even to take me to a different store. And I will remember that. That kind of customer service isn't taught, it's character. I didn't get the guy's name, but as long as he's still working there, I will be a regular customer to this location.”

“I've frequent Optimal Water Station for a few years now and happy I made a healthy connection with them. Mo the owner is very knowledgeable and respectful with a staff to match . I always feel welcome there when getting refills which are only $2 for my gallon water. Along with getting water to hydrate my body there are different healthy powder and parfaits to purchase there too.”

Best fresh fruit and vegetables, good prices, and a health and wellness section that is far better than the rest. Periodic 25 to 30% discounts on all health and wellness products, plus they let you preshop the sale and reserve your purchases. Love this place and the people who work there.”

“I love shopping at the Novi store. My favorite items are the Garden of Life collagen and the açaí bowls. I always love to try new items and just bought a ginger lemon cookie that was really good. Some items are a little pricey though so I pick and choose what I want to buy. Store has a wide variety of items.
