This place is garbage and I have given this place multiple chances because I pass by it every day on my way to work. The employees are so rude and when I called to ask what their gas prices were they told me they could not give that information over the phone. I've worked at multiple gas stations and I have never heard of a gas station doing that. I think it's completely ridiculous and it's honestly no loss when you can go to miles down the road to a better gas station anyway. Oakridge has way better prices and they're cleaner and more to offer. They don't gouge their customers on gas prices they are always cheaper. Won't be going back there ever.

Was just there and bought 2 fountain cokes, even with ice in my cup the pop was warm and flat. For $2 each the pop should have at least tasted like a pop.

This is a really good gas station with a nice convenience store. The gas prices are competitive with other stations along 115. There are clean rest rooms inside. There is a local vendor who sets up outside to sell fresh produce.

Stopped in to get diesel for the truck and I stopped there for 15 mins and only got 1.5 gallons and when I went in to pay and tell them they said it’s been acting up for a few weeks. They should have a sign up or call someone in to get it fixed I was very lucky that lake had diesel or me and my truck would have been sitting on the side of the road. The workers were very rude also will not be going back that’s for sure.

Worst place to stop in Clare county. Save your time and go down the road a mile to Reds Oakridge way better service there

No masks worn by employees and zero enforcement of customers who entered wearing no masks- even though there was a sign on the door stating that masks are required. I wear a mask to keep others safe...it’s a shame that they don’t care about keeping customers safe.

Very poor station. Posted a sign requiring face masks. Then refused to enforce it, even though they are required to do so... patrons coming in without face coverings. Clerk without a face covering... super spreader situation...no one cared... the woman manager tried to tell me there was no "law." I pointed out it was an executive order... posted on their door... she argued with me instead of enforcing the requirements. And people wonder why we can't stop the pandemic...Linda

After 20 years of coming to Jared's on and our way by, I must now say NEVER AGAIN. No masks on any employees and no mask enforcement among customers, few of whom were masked despite the statewide rules clearly posted on the door. This place is not worthy of our money, folks. They don't care about your lives, your health, their community, or the rules that protect everyone from irresponsible jerks like the ownership of this place. Instead they glare at masked folks like they don't want their money. Wish granted. What a sad, backwards place. Never again.
