“Everyone at Whitman's gave me a really incredible experience. I informed them that I was brand new to handstripping and didn't really know what I was looking for in terms of stripping knives. They pulled all the knives they had in stock and allowed me to try them out and practice on their personal dog Bacon. They gave me advice on handling to dog while stripping, how to hold the tools properly, and what hairs to pull and when. I learned so much in the maybe 20mins of hands on advice they gave me and I am incredibly appreciative. I ended up purchasing the stubby diamond stripping tool as well as the boxer diamagroove dremel bit. Allowing me to use the tool on a real dog before purchasing it really showed me how versatile, high quality, and ergonomic it was. I am beyond appreciative and will be returning in the future. Also huge thank you to Bacon for being a good boy while demoing (although I'm sure he would have preferred to be doing anything else 😂)”
