Based on customer reviews, Red's Repair, LLC provides excellent customer service and top notch care. Tom and the crew are super friendly and go out of their way to help, even testing old parts to save customers money. Jenny also spends a lot of time researching parts. The shop has a ton of knowledge for seemingly everything that might need worked on. Customers have bought a beautiful new Ariens snowblower and a Gravely Zero turn here, and they look forward to the dealership experience this establishment has created. Service will never be a worry. It is a handy place to go instead of into Mount Pleasant or Clare. Customers will not hesitate to take anything for maintenance and will be replacing old equipment and buying more from them.

Tom went out of his way to help me verify that an engine was compatible with my current machine. He didn't have to do this, but he did. That is called customer service and not many place have that anymore. Thank you Tom.
