  Absolutely horrible customer service, I keep getting told it will be in tomorrow, does not offer any assistance at all, my package has been in Saginaw for 3 days, can’t seem to get it to my house. I only live an hour away from Saginaw. I’ve been told pretty much oh well. USPS is by far the worst for any customer service... read full comment

  Stopped delivering my mail for weeks because the driver is scared of the neighbors friendly dogs even though he never gets out of his vehicle. I moved my mailbox and still no mail!!

  Whatever lack of management they have must be horrible, Everytime I see my mailman he looks tired and burnt out. I've heard from others that many receive their packages late or not at all.
