Absolutely horrible customer service, I keep getting told it will be in tomorrow, does not offer any assistance at all, my package has been in Saginaw for 3 days, can’t seem to get it to my house. I only live an hour away from Saginaw. I’ve been told pretty much oh well. USPS is by far the worst for any customer service at all.

Stopped delivering my mail for weeks because the driver is scared of the neighbors friendly dogs even though he never gets out of his vehicle. I moved my mailbox and still no mail!!

Whatever lack of management they have must be horrible, Everytime I see my mailman he looks tired and burnt out. I've heard from others that many receive their packages late or not at all.

Was heading to Florida for the winter so stopped in Farwell post office and filled papers out to have our mail transfer to Florida exactly like they said and they checked it and said everything was OK but once getting to Florida it took 3 to 4 weeks to start getting some of our mail there and still some of her mail was being delivered in . From what I understand the fFarwell post office, sorts, junk mail from good mail when they ship it to a forwarded address, but in their case they were sorting charge card bills to be delivered in Farwell, which were supposed to be transferred but never was transferred. Back to Florida. Again, three weeks before we came back to far well we requested to have oir mail stopped forwarding and of course I ordered a package from Amazon and now it’s being transferred back to Florida three weeks after I put in the paperwork the Farwell post office along with standard USPS is a big joke they need to train your people better.

Driver left my package in front of my garage on a chair that was filled with water. The delivery instructions were to leave at the back door. Obviously does not follow simple instructions and shouldn't be delivering mail to people

I don't know who the driver was today, but rather than knock on the door to deliver the package, they never even attempted. My entire family was home today. The doors and windows open. Instead, they send a delivery notice saying "ACTION NEEDED." I WAITED ALL DAY FOR THIS. NEEDED THIS DELIVERED TODAY.
