Andrew is a literal lifesaver! I spun out late last night in a remote part of Western Michigan and got stuck deep in the snow. Despite the bad conditions and the late hour, Andrew arrived surprisingly fast. He was very professional, calm, polite, and gave me clear directions while pulling my car out. The rescue was quick and flawless, and the price was very reasonable. If you ever need a tow in Western MI, definitely call Ray's. Thanks again, Andrew!

I want to give the biggest gratitude to Andrew. I was lost and struggling on a busy weekend where my life took a complete derailment. Andrew was the only person that truly showed humanity and grace in my darkest hour. I know nobody will understand the true extent of what happened to me, but I was truly saved by the greatest compassionate tow truck driver on the planet. I cannot express to you how truly grateful I am for Andrew. I will be forever grateful to Andrew and showing me that good people still exist today. Thank you Andrew from the bottom of my heart for saving me that day. I will remember you forever.

Andrew was excellent, fast, and very professional. He towed my boat to a service shop as I was on a long out of town drive. He saved the day and allowed me to return home that evening. Very grateful for his business and service. 5 stars!

Pulled off the highway with tire going flat. Pulled into a station, called Ray's, they came out patched the tire on the spot. We filled with air and we went on our way. Thank you so much.

5 STARS! We were visiting the area from out of town when our car broke down. Called AAA and they sent Andrew from Ray's services. They could not have sent a better person to save us! Andrew was kind and professional and towed our car to the hotel where we were staying. He gave my wife and daughter a ride in his truck and helped me get an Uber. The next day, he came back to tow our car back home some 220 miles away and sent us a photo that it made it to our mechanic's. He made the whole experience so much less stressful for us. We highly recommend Andrew and Ray's Services to anyone. It is comforting to know there are such caring and helpful people in this world who go out of their way to help complete strangers in need. Andrew, THANK YOU for everything!

Just had a flat tire in fennville that I could not get off for the life of me. Called rays and the man who answered was Andrew he said he would be there as fast as he could, only took him about 10 minutes and he was there. As soon as he arrived he got right to work and with his tools got the tire off in no time he even stayed and helped get the spare back on. All I can say is Andrew at rays was amazing and life saver will definitely use them again if something comes up!!!
