I would have loved to order jerseys through this company but have had a horrible customer service experience. I reached out to the company in September looking to order. At first, I received a response but was quickly left hanging with no response for months. In the past 3 months, I have reached out to the company 4 additional times online and only received automated responses. In addition, I have made countless phone calls with hopes of placing an order and partner with the company. I always try to call within suggested business hours and have never had anyone answer. I would have loved to place an order but the customer service process has not proven to be a good experience.

Ordered 2 custom jersey's for our boys (ordered big so they'd get a few years out of them, true to size I'd say) and they're amazing! Boys were thrilled to get them and loved them (Jurassic puck / sour puck kids). Few hiccups with timing etc but they were amazing to deal with and very fast at responding. Will definitely be ordering again!

We ordered the sublimated jerseys and they are awesome! Nice quality and 5ivehole did little things like making the names visible in the packaging and using resealable. The designer Charles helped smooth out the design and ended up with a great jersey. 6/5 stars

My experience with 5ivehole was great!
I join joined an established team and only needed one jersey. I ordered it on January 18th 2025 and it shipped 4 weeks later as per the terms. I emailed the owner, Charlie about status and he replied back within a day which I really appreciate. The quality of the jersey exceeded my expectations! The stitching, print work, and attention to detail are 100% on point.
I would purchase from 5ivehole again. It’s important to remember that these items are all made to order and do take time, patience is key.
Sizing: I am 5’9”, 135 lbs. Skinny build with long arms and legs and a medium fits me perfectly.

Well worth the wait. Very professional and informative and we even shared a couple chuckles and laughs over the fact that we're both heavy Voltron addicts! I would definitely order again, and I highly recommend these jerseys are awesome!

Due to inclement weather, there was a wait but not too long and it was overnighted as a courtesy and a friendship from 5ivehole because one cannot control mother nature. He didn't have to do that, and because he did I am forever grateful. I love my jersey!

Absolutely love how my jersey turned out. As a graphic designer, I'm pretty picky about the way I want things. Charles patiently worked with me over 2 months fine tuning this jersey until we ended with this final result. Taking the Oilers jersey style and combining it with the colors on my logo was the right choice. This is now my forever jersey :)

I. CAN. NOT. Say enough good thing about 5 Hole Hockey, specifically the owner Charles. He is absolutely fantastic to work with. He took the time to walk me thru every single step of the process from conceptualization, to initial design, multiple renderings, making adjustments and tweaks as needed/requested and delivered a final product to my team that was fully custom, absolutely FLAWLESS, and very high quality. The turn around time once the invoice was paid was LIGHTNING speed compared to other companies that I've worked with previously including FansIdea and Mens League Sweaters! Not to mention his pricing is excellent as well!! Quality was better than MLS too!
Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend this man and his company! 11/10. He'll have my business for every team that I manage moving forward... or I finally manage to annoy him and he asks me to stop emailing him! Lol

Giving a 5* as Charles was patient and helpful even when I started to lose hope.
There were some hiccups but it's custom gear at a great price. If you expect no hiccups, she'll out more money.
Thank you for all the help Charles and answering all my emails. And thank you to the team that put my custom ODR pants together. They look great, can't wait to use them!

Buyer Beware: Don't waste your time with Charlie and 5ivehole. I contacted Charlie on 5/10 and specifically mentioned I was dealing with a very tight time constraint. Charlie promised me the world, even offered to send me a trial jersey (which he did, albeit 5 days later than promised.) I sent the jersey request for my entire team including sizing and logo. Was promised proofs the evening of 5/10 or the morning of 5/11. Still to this day after several unanswered/ unreturned phone calls and FB messages, I have yet to receive the proofs. I have never in my life had to try so hard to give a company money. So I have now wasted another week waiting for Charlie when I was already struggling to meet my season start deadline. Should have just used another company to begin with. Good luck calling them on the phone, I have tried calling 6 times during their business hours and they do not answer, ever! I would suggest contacting Jeff at hockeyjerseysdirect, they offer actual customer service. Don't say you weren't warned!

Needed some jerseys in a months time frame and Charlie was excellent to work with. Provided great proofs, designs, a logo, and the jerseys arrived 3 weeks to the day. Excellent quality and now my go to jersey company. Highly recommend!

Terrible service. Ordered black Robo pens jerseys, got white ones instead. Tried to order more jerseys. I kept telling him that I just wanted a plain black jersey with a red octopus (to tribute the red wings) on it and he kept sending me proofs of the jersey he wanted to make with a purple octopus and red stripes that I thought made the jersey look too busy. Was ignored for months. I told Charlie I would take the jersey he made. Still ignored me. Finally Charlie responded and said he wasn't interested. He also charges $68 per jersey. Dangle sauce only charged me $35 the last time I ordered from Tom.

I've worked with Charles on several hockey and lacrosse jersey orders and he handles everything with the utmost professionalism and in a timely manner. His design team is also incredible.The quality and price of the jerseys simply can't be beat. I recommend 5ivehole to anyone looking for hockey or lacrosse jerseys.

Charles was amazing through the design process. Great communication on pricing and even when we had an issue he and the team made sure we were nothing but thrilled. 10/10 would use again. First and foremost, I want to express how pleased I am with the jerseys and the overall process of dealing with 5IVEHOLE. Quality, price, professionalism and timeline were all top notch throughout the process and Charlie was a pleasure to deal with. They knocked it out of the park with our new jerseys and did an incredible job color- and style-matching our older jerseys we had ordered years ago from a different vendor. I'll certainly order any future jerseys through 5IVEHOLE and would recommend them to anyone looking to place a jersey order.
