Called and made an eyebrow appointment with Sophia that apparently didn’t exist once I showed up for the appointment. The girl I scheduled with over the phone took my name and phone number and said I was good to go for 2pm but when I showed up there was no record of my appointment. Was treated very indifferently by the staff I spoke with, as if it were MY fault my appointment didn’t actually get scheduled. Drove all the way for nothing and nothing was offered to remedy their mess up. Avoid this store at all cost.

Kay killed it. She gave me a wax and a tint and she mixed the perfect color and gave me a fierce shape. 10/10!
