I have nothing but good things to say about Fenton Pharmacy! I would give them a 10 if it was available. I live down state in Riverview. I called a pharmacy here looking for a prescription for both my husband and I that my current pharmacy does not have in stock and can't give me any information on when it will be there. I spoke with Adesa (I believe) from Byron Pharmacy who did not have what I was looking for but called around for me and got me in contact with Fenton Pharmacy. She was great to deal with as well. Went above and beyond to help me out! I spoke with Tina yesterday who was beyond friendly and helpful!!! She took her time with me, and followed up with me a couple different times throughout the day. Long story short she got both my prescriptions and having them shipped right to my house so I don't have to drive over an hour to pick them up. Tina was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and happy to help me. Gave me more attention than the pharmacy that starts with a W ever has. I would highly recommend them. If I did not live so far away I would switch all my stuff over today. The customer service is what puts it over the top. I work in customer service and it is very important for the user experience. Sounds like you have a great team here!!! Thank you again for your help Tina!!!! It was such a pleasure to deal with you and can't thank you enough for getting my needs met and even shipping to my house! Already got the phone call today stating they were shipping and should hopefully have tomorrow!!!!

Best personalized service I have ever had at a pharmacy. Great team, friendly, reliable and knowledgeable. Just found them recently, but from now on, they will get ALL of my pharmacy business. Highly recommend Fenton Pharmacy on Leroy across from the Fenton Hotel. Thanks for great service!!!!

After years and years of going to a diferent pharmacy, i decided i needed a change.I went. Into Fenton Pharmacy and i liked everyone that works there. The staff is so friendly and always call when my prescriptions are ready.They all have senses of humor and you can have fun with them when you go in there. Fenton pharmacy hands down is the best pharmacy you will ever find. No disrespect to the pharmacies at Walmart, Target, VG's, or Rite Aid...But, Fenton pharmacy beats all of those stores pricing for your prescription needs and the best part past Fenton pharmacy having the better pricing is the staff not only is accommodating and friendly and goes the extra mile, They offer a special personal touch of paying attention, caring about you and your needs, calling you when the prescription is done and I even sometimes get calls from them reminding me that some of my prescriptions might be low and need to be refilled. Who does that? Not the more expensive pharmacies that have multiple stores and multiple stores throughout our country. Our hometown pharmacy not only beats those stores pricing but offers better service! Do yourself a favor and never go anywhere in the state of Michigan for your prescription needs. Find out what me, my family and friends already know. Not only will you get better pricing at Fenton pharmacy than anybody else in the state of Michigan, you'll get better customer service! Why would anybody here locally in Fenton go to the big brand box pharmacy stores to pay more money and not receive the customer service you deserve? Do yourself a favor next time you need prescription medicine. There's only one place in town for that! Fenton pharmacy!

Wish I could give more than five stars.Love the staff. Moved from riteaid to here over a year ago and never regretted it. Best people that are always friendly and helpful.Plus the decor always is a bonus when I come in monthly for my meds.

This Pharmacy has the best customer service I have ever received. They process orders efficiently and will make contact with Doctors offices for refills and clarifications for you. They can keep your out of pocket costs down, as well. The ladies know your name when you enter and are fun to talk with. I transferred all my scripts from a national BIG store to support this hometown business and I'm very happy I did. Get my vaccinations there too. Go there. You'll be happy you did.

Being new to the area, I was looking for that hometown pharmacy that paid attention to detail, had the time to answer questions, and had the staff to find the best insurance coverage. Fenton Pharmacy has phenomenal customer service and we are so pleased with the pharmacist and her support staff!

This is the best pharmacy I have been to in year's.I was prescribed a special cream from the dermatologist in the same building.I was worried my insurance wasn't going to cover it, but they helped, and I just paid my usual deductible.They genuinely care, and had my prescription filled in just a few minutes.I wish we had more pharmacies like this one.I don't live in Fenton, but it's worth the extra miles to have a professional, friendly pharmacist that you can trust.

Transferred prescriptions from a local pharmacy to this one. Very helpful, friendly,and prices were lower (even with insurance.) Happy we made the move. Better than the hassles we endured with our grocery store pharmacy. Thanks!!
