I've heard great things about Chris's. My wife's vehicle had a sudden brake issue. I usually DIY but I was unavailable and had her take it in. They did the job but also replaced my new and rotors that I had purchased last summer. To be clear the brake pad had broken but there was zero marks om the rotor. I do indeed feel he ripped off my family and will NOT recommend

The guy was on the phone telling me how much it costs in labor alone he said 1000$. When I’ve called around they all said it’s 90$ per hour with labor. I get hung up on bc I said that’s a lot of money and I just want the list of parts I need for my car. And get hung up on and told I’ll just leave your keys in your car. Never ever gonna go there first time going. Worst car shop I’ve been too. Don’t go here. You’ll get ripped off or treated badly.

Chris JR. was very rude. We walked in and explained our problem we had with our car, that we called in earlier that morning. Had a bad attitude to my husband and I. Then Chris (the owner) said that he could help us out and take a look, Chris JR. then went to the back and we could hear him complaining about looking at the trunk of the car because it did not open. (He wasn't even working on it). I can't say all negative things about it here, just to walk into a place and be given a horrible attitude, and it was just Bc he wanted to leave earlier to go golfing. (Saw him leaving w his golf bag). Everyone else was really nice and cool, just Chris JR. was so rude.

As a guy who has done most all of my own auto repairs and is an automotive engineer, I highly recommend Chris' Auto Repair!! I've reached that age where it's time to let someone else wrench on my cars now and Chris' has proven to be THE place to go. Chris is very honest, only fixing what's needed and repairs are completed in a timely manner and the car is returned clean. The repair costs are reasonable. I am very happy with my experiences here and will definitely bring my cars back when something needs fixing.

Being a young girl not knowing about cars I've been screwed over by many car repair places, not this place! He is the most honest car repair man I've ever met. They don't try and get all the money they can out of you. Great work and happy to know I have a car place I can rely on finally.
