I am a regular customer at Starbucks, and I will continue to be. I'm upset because Starbucks advertises that you are supposed to get half off on Tuesday on any cold drink, so today I tried to take advantage of that and paid by scanning my app. Only after the fact when I finished paying that I realized that I was not given a half off, that had been advertised to me so often through with the Starbucks app. After I had realized that I had not received my discount, I asked about it and they said they couldn't do anything and to come back next Tuesday to get a discount. smh. drinks good though so make sure you ask for your half off discount or you won't receive it!

Every time I go through the drive-thru, the Barista's are extremely kind and always ask how my day is going. They are super quick and efficient, and have never gotten an order wrong.

I'm so tired of ordered decaf coffee and receiving non decaf coffee. I have wasted a good $10 this week on coffee I can't drink.

It's here! Fenton's new Starbucks store is open for business. The staff, while still learning the ropes, is friendly and helpful. The space is large and has an open, easy to navigate floor plan with ample seating. You'll find all the great quality baked goods you'd expect as well as great coffee. Stop in today and enjoy Fenton's new Starbucks! NOTE: it would earn a higher rating, except like all new SB stores, the comfy leather chairs and couches are no longer part of the decor. Miss that.

This Starbucks location has been inconsistent. I usually order a dark roast and it's often a pour over and I'm happy with that but sometimes it's delicious and sometimes it's to strong. Wish they would get their act together.
