Citizen Storage offers a convenient location with great prices and friendly service. The sign-up process is fast, easy, and super helpful. Customers appreciate the 7-day access with great hours, month-to-month options, and new member discounts. However, accessing the facility through the adjacent car wash is frustrating, and customer parking at the office is very limited. While the facility itself is okay, the overall service makes it a highly recommended experience for many.
