Tammy was great helping me through the process in a very timely manner. I requested a move in date and she made it happen. So far everything is going good here. The apartment was very clean and in good condition. I would recommend it here.

My husband and I we’re moving here from another state and Tammy was beyond helpful and made sure we would be all set upon our arrival. The staff is very accommodating! I love it here, Everyone is so nice!

I have lived in this complex for the past 11 months and I’m so happy to have chosen this place. I love the neighborhood and the area surrounding. It feels very safe. Tammy is awesome, she was so accommodating when I first moved in and just an all around great manager of the complex. The apartment is very spacious, has a washer and drier. The management are top notch when it comes to upkeep and maintenance of the individual apartments as well as the neighborhood cleanliness and everything in between. Mark, the maintenance guy, is quick, efficient, and super helpful. You have all the stores you need within walking distance. So happy in my apartment. I’d choose this apartment over and over again.

Recently moved into the community and had some issues with our apartment smelling like cigarette smoke and carpets smelling like a wet dog. Tammy was attentive, extremely helpful, and addressed all of our concerns in an efficient and timely manner.

When I was searching for apartments in the area, my first appointment was with Tammy. She was so incredibly nice and helpful, that I instantly decided that Fairfield Apartments was where I wanted to be.Fast forward four weeks and I have moved in and love it! I had three minor maintenance issues and they were rectified the same day.It is quiet, close to everything, and very well maintained. I am very glad that I chose Fairfield!

My daughter and I moved into Fairfield in August and we have been very happy in our new apartment. It is a peaceful apartment complex and we feel so at home here. We have had two minor issues arise during our time here and Mark responded and corrected both quickly. The grounds and landscaping are well maintained in both the summer and winter. They are very prompt with snow removal, which makes life a lot easier.Tammy also responds quickly to inquiries and made the leasing process smooth and easy for us. Thanks so much!

I have lived in this community since 2015. Tammy is a great office manager and we have grown to consider Mark, the maintenance technician, a true friend. The community is filled with very kind people and you never have to be concerned with safety. It is a great place to live for those that may be older approaching retirement along with young professionals, families, and those with pets! We are moving from an apartment to a house; however, it is definitely a bittersweet ending to this chapter of our lives and we will miss the memories and friends we have made while living here.

I would like the Fairfield apartments- Fenton team for the great job they did last week clearing the snow off the driveways and sidewalks. Very much appreciated. they also have salt pails readily available for us to use. One other comment: the workout room is very clean and orderly

We love living here! The apartment is so nice, the community is friendly, and it has been a pleasure working with Tammy. The maintenance team is always on top of things and efficient as well! Amazing.
