I asked the girl what was included on the deal and she acted like I inconvenienced her so she had to get off her phone to tell me. Then point to shoes and said this is and this isn't. I was asking about the same brand I was asking what other brands were. I'm just tired of going into this store and the people working there act like it's annoying that people walk in.

Roughly five months (8/2022), I went to this Famous Footwear location to purchase a pair of work shoes. I found a pair that intrigued me, purchased them, and had no problems.I believe the total came out to $40-$55, which seems reasonable for a pair of work shoes. Not a lot of customers were inside.

Wouldn’t return my shoes without refunding me the shipping cost that they charged me to ship the shoes with a wrong size! Do not order from Famous Footware, they scam you out of your money!

We came here to pick up some Docs. They were out of the correct size at other locations, but we were able to secure a pair and have them put aside here. The individuals working here were very enthusiastic and helpful, good customer service. It is not a very large store, so their inventory is not very large. The prices are also typical of whatever set price goes with the brands. They do offer discounts but not on big names like Docs, so we were not able to save any money. Still, this is a good store if you live in the area inside a decent strip mall.

Somehow I always find something to walk out in here they seem to always have my size which is hard to find.
