Will never be going back! Horrible customer service. I got my hair done a few times there. The first stylist I had all the sudden only worked one day a week and when I booked with the next person I said I wanted the exact same thing and was told they would get the notes from the first stylist and never did. I had to get two different toners because the second stylist I booked with had no notes on what I wanted done, I even showed pictures. I don't at all blame the second stylist who I believe was Heidi after she fixed it with another toner it was perfect, but I'm appalled at the front desk telling me they will do something and then don't. I have been trying since June of last year to book someone to do my wedding makeup and have been told by the front desk person multiple times that they will take the information and get back to me and no one ever gets back to me. This last time I called I got the excuse that she has little kids and a bunch of assumptions were made without even asking the person and then I was told the only person that does makeup is on vacation and also only works one day a week. I complained about my horrible customer service experience over time and wanted to speak to the owner and was told she isn't there and only works a couple of days a week too. Outside of Heidi the stylist (hopefully I'm getting that right) the whole business is just not good. No one there seems to work every and then I got told they all work for themselves so it's basically not their problem. When you run a business based off of your clients you should actually oh I don't know help service your clients. Worst customer service I've ever dealt with in my life.

I've gone here plenty of times in the past when my hair was longer. As I've embraced my curl, I'm pleased to say that this salon has trained stylists that have experience handling curly hair!My recent cut was excellent and I would recommend this salon to anyone curious about them!
