Very happy with the customer service here! Went in to trade in some games and old ps4 for a new system and was met by Alex and Kee who were very helpful and friendly. After 50 questions they helped me make a final decision to buy a xbox series x. Wish all business had employees like Alex and Kee who went above and beyond...
