I was here as the store opened and the staff were annoyed that I was shopping. Stopped in for Mario Wonder as they were supposed to get an exclusive item with purchase. They said they didn't have any and that this store never gets things like that. I called the corporate afterwards and they claimed all stores got some. Not sure who to believe. The associate was cold and rude when I asked about the military discount too. I'm done trying to help this business going forward. I'll stick with places that treat me with respect.

Very happy with the customer service here! Went in to trade in some games and old ps4 for a new system and was met by Alex and Kee who were very helpful and friendly. After 50 questions they helped me make a final decision to buy a xbox series x. Wish all business had employees like Alex and Kee who went above and beyond my expectations.

Surprisingly they still buy PS3 games consoles and accessories. They accepted most of my old gaming stuff. Unfortunately they didn't buy everything but no complaints -GG GameStop
