I went to Home Depot on 2/24/2023 and they refused to help me purchase cinder blocks from the garden area. They had a few people cleaning up in that area and would not help me when I asked, my only option was to sit around for 2 hours until they re-opened the area. Horrible customer service. Spoke with people from the garden center and customer service desk, both equally useless.

Home Depot in Fenton is trying to rip off a customer of mine that I installed a floor for. They wrote the wrong part number on material that he thought was still in stock. Not only did they deliver the wrong material 4 times in a row, their corporate offices acknowledged the mistake, and still will not make it right. A representative of theirs was supposed to go to my customer's home to measure the flooring last Tuesday, and never showed!! I would never do business with these people. Ever.

So far I'm on order number 4 and still don't have my complete order of tile. They tried to dump and run when I ordered home delivery but I caught the driver as he was offloading the pallet shown in the photo. After that I asked for the tile to be sent to the store. Two additional orders show up broken. Each time they tell me that it's ready for pickup. Really? Look at the photo. They even included a bag of 'broken pieces'. Finally I get an order of unbroken tile and take it home only to find what they claim is just a dye lot difference. OMG. Look at the last picture. Should have gone to a tile store.

Jen is plumbing was very helpful! I visited the store twice on Saturday and she helped me with both Nat Gas and Water line connections. Excellent service.

Legit best customer service I've had in my 17 years of living. Astronomical service. The young sexy lady I spoke to was named Gracie Lopez she gave me all the information I needed on finding a new toilet. The toilet fit my butt perfectly and I feel at peace when I do my business. Love homeDepot lot gracie Lopez.

So after reading other reviews I do feel a little bit better that I'm not the only one that was ignored by MULTIPLE employees at the Fenton Home Depot today. One employee actually deep sighed when I asked for assistance. Really. Deep sighed. I was back in lumber when I was ignored by SO MANY employees. I asked one young kid to help me and he actually said: "that's not actually my job, that's his job (pointing to another young kid) but he's busy right now." Okkkkkkk, wow. I won't ever go back to that location again. *the young kid at checkout was nice. He got the extra star for this location.

I was in the Home Depot in Fenton MI and the store was packed and half of the people were not wearing masks. I will no longer shop there. Menards makes every one wear a mask. I will be shopping at Menards for now on.

Trying to do safe shopping in the COVID era. When I picked up my order, I left the receipt in the back and had a mask on (an obvious indicator I want to a. not breathe on others and b. protect myself). An older man with no face mask grabbed my paperwork from back, reached into my car, driver's side, into my lap (yeah, inappropriate and invasive), and told me they didn't take tips (tossing the money, also, onto me). His face was right in my face and he had no mask. By now, we all have clear instructions about what to do in public, which is six feet of distance and a mask. This behavior, in my opinion, was deliberately invasive, hostile, and constituted, wreckless endangerment. For me, Home Depot is not a safe place to buy from (even when picking up). Incidentally, the line of customers waiting to get in was insane. I will use a smaller hardware store or order online where possible.

If there was another store closer I'd never go into Home Depot. Can't find any one to help and if there is they are standing in groups talking. You have to interrupt their conversations. Quality of lumber is very poor. Ordered yard privacy fencing, paid cash, waited the 3 weeks and finally called to see where it was. We were told the order had been placed on hold and we were never notified. Guy at the desk was useless in trying to resolve the problem and He couldn't say why the order was ever put on hold. He was too busy chatting with the Pro customers to pay attention. Took our money $$$$ else where.

Walked passed 4 employees doing nothing and was never asked for help. No carts available. Ended up putting the product I had down and didn't purchase.

Very disappointed with buying a refrigerator at Home Depot. 2 weeks after purchase no refrigerator and no refund. It’s 100 degrees this week. Do you think Home Depot cares that my kids have to drink warm milk while I wait for my refund. I guess menards will be getting all of my business from now on.

Worst customer service in this Home Depot, I put an order online and to come and pick up my bamboo floor same day cause this was the only Home Depot has it in stock, online said they have 14 in stock and they only have 6 all beat up boxes damage. I check them out and come back to "customer service desk" and ask if they can replace , the guy told me go to flooring dept and check what we have, I told him I place a online order that means HD have everything for me. So I went and check, I have to open boxes and change broken pieces by myself no one help me. I want to say the lady at the door she was friendly. 3-31-2019 Fenton
