No public restroom??? Unbelievable. I went into this location was doing some shopping and had to use the bathroom and as I was about to enter the restroom a pharmacy lady came out and asked me if I asked permission to use the bathroom rather rudely toi ?l I said no and she said well this time you can use it but from now on just so you know we don't have a public restroom. Really I will not be shopping at the store anymore.

This is about the Rite Aid on Leroy st in Fenton Mi. Let me first say the supervisor, Ronnie was kind, informative and apologetic. My issue was with staff (Janice) and the pharmacist, Dana Hill who seems to have forgot her position is that of a pharmacist not a physician! Let's start by saying their online app, which I have used for years without fail had showed a refill was available. This prescription is vitally important and was rejected on their own online app late at night on 2-9-17. So I waited until Friday the tenth to call and I spoke to Janice who has been so rude to myself, my husband and other customers, she's simply a rude employee. Condescending and rude. Janice argued it was expired as I said I'm looking right at your online page and it's saying it is not which she replied "that's what your APP says but it's expired period"! No explanation just rudeness. So I phoned both the prescription hotline at my doctors office AND called to speak with a nurse who assured me my script will be called into the pharmacy immediately, which they did. They too were confused on how it could be expired as that's not what their records showed either. I have a LONG history from Rite Aid for this medication and the way it's prescribed. the same way, at night, everyday. Now Dana Hill the pharmacist did see that I had a long history with them of taking this medication for years without any questions by Dana Hill the pharmacist. However Dana Hill decided to be unethical and call my personal doctor and ask why I was taking two medications at night, mind you this has been filled by Dana Hill for a very long time, she never called my physician or asked me. But on this particular Friday, the day I argued with her rude coworker, Dana Hill felt the need to call my doctor and question this medication and how I was taking it. My doctor who doesn't like any kind of issue and wanted me to get me my needed prescription just rewrote it for the daytime. But still Dana Hill the pharmacist said, this had transpired too late and she said she "tried very hard on Friday and Saturday to get it fixed"! Of course my physician was already closed. So no medication on 2-10-17, 2-11-17, 2-12-17! Now I called back very upset of course and asked why my medication was not filled? Dana Hill the pharmacist had some terrible excuse however she snapped at me repeating "it's ready now that will be a $4 co-pay"! She repeated this several times without an explanation. We did contact her Supervisor and he was polite but I feel he was going to protect Dana Hill and Janice no matter how proven her unethical behavior was. I was told by several pharmacist that never should have transpired knowing my long history of this medication. I called Dana Hill put her on speaker phone and my young niece recorded her talking to my sister about some parts of my medical situation which is against HIPPA laws. Mrs. Hill tried to say we were harassing HER!! On speaker phone everyone at my home could here her ramble on for ten minutes then say "now I no longer want to speak to you", and she hung up---again. Twice she hung up on me. Then Dana Hills supervisor asked what took so long filling it on Monday? You see she didn't even fill it until 3:30 pm on the following Monday the 13th. The pharmacy opens at 8;30 am so if Dana Hill had actually tried as hard as she claimed she did on that following week on Friday AND said she called my doctor Saturday but they were not there, then why did it take Mrs. Hill the Pharmacist from 8:30 in the morning on Monday to 3.30 to finally fill it? So much more transpired that was completely unethical and against all respect for their customers receiving needed medications. I have had it with a pharmacist who feels they can do something so unethical yet there are 100 excuses for her proven wrong behavior. I wanted a formal apology from Dana Hill but that will not happen and now I have to find another pharmacy

This is a nice store. Clean. Organized. The pharmacy is really kind and helpful. You can refill your prescriptions by app and they give helpful reminder calls to pick it up. I've gone to other stores in Linden and Flint Twp and Holly: I like this one best.

If I could give it negative stars I really would. The pharmacists there and the pharmacist Techs are the most rude and nasty people you will meet. They updated their system and we're back logged on scripts so I said ok I'll wait, my refill was there at 3pm, I went in at 730 and they snapped at me! "I told you we were back logged!! It's not done!! Nope not done!! " I asked politely when they thought it would be done and she replied with I don't know, 30 mins and walked away. So I replied in kind with rude comments and how unprofessional she was. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!

They were ok for a while there and then went downhill fast. This place is kind of, well, kind of feels run down. It looks like they've tried to fix it up lately but, it still just seems kind of blah. The only reason I come here is because they fill my script monthly and have (well, had) the script I needed. Then one day recently they couldn't get the generic I needed and switched it up thinking that would be ok...no! I only come here because they carry the one thing I need and they think it is ok to switch it with other generics? I don't think this is ok. I recently called up to fill or check on a script and the lady was very rude and difficult to work with about filling my prescription. I had some issues with my Dr's office and refills and she was getting frustrated with me and basically was rude and not willing to help, willingly. I eventually got it figured out and asked her to call my nurse to get it filled and she said 'ok' with great hesitation. Very rude and unprofessional service as of late. She must have been having a 'bad hair day' or something because wow...it was kind of unbelievable. In addition they have become very slow...were very backed up and filling the script took forever. Customer service really needs a re-vamp! Moving on to the next one....
