They were thorough, friendly and actually talked me our if something I asked fir. They also strongly recommended I get the wheel bearings repacked, which is something I would not have thought to ask for. They said it was a big issue if it wasn't done. I felt they were sincere about doing the right thing for us.

Fast and friendly service. I only needed a small job done on my boat trailer but they were very helpful and could not have been nicer. Josh spent time on the phone with me explaining what they did and why they did it. Would HIGHLY recommend them for any trailer needs.

I had them install an electric brake on my truck, which stopped working as we were heading out on our first trip. So we postponed our camping trip and told them I would bring the trailer back in when they received the taillight they said they had ordered. But now 6 weeks later and several calls to them...still no taillight! So needless to say, I ordered my own light and had it in 4 days and also installed it myself. I also paid another RV service place to fix my electric brake. Still No calls from them.. shows me they could care less about their customers.

The people that work for this business are the NICEST and most knowledgeable that I've met in the rv business. When dealing with big dealerships, they treat you like you aren't worth their time unless you're buying a $200,000 rv. The people at Home & Park Rv were willing to help me with my $5 part. Even grabbed Josh from a job he was working on to help me. Amazing people. HIGHLY recommend.

Called on Tuesday the 11th at 9:30 am to ask if someone could come out to look at my RV, they took my information, a no call, a no show. I called them on Thursday the 13th at 12:30ish, took my info again said he would be over within the hour, another no show or no call, i live only 2 miles from this company. I would not recommend them at all.

For the work they did was a good job. But they didn't fix everything. Hot water heater still messed up. All the did was turn on the tank valve on the inside of the camper and did nothing with the heater on the outside of the camper. Definitely not going back
