Jen is plumbing was very helpful! I visited the store twice on Saturday and she helped me with both Nat Gas and Water line connections. Excellent service.

Requested a a hot water heater installation through the Home Depot website that says same day service if ordered before noon. I received a call from a company I believe is from Illinois and ordered/Scheduled the heater install. The next day, (Thursday) I had not received a confirmation on installation time, so I called to see the status. They were polite and said that our area was extremely busy due to the flooding and we were one the schedule for the following afternoon. The following afternoon (Friday) came and went so I called back. Again they were very polite and said I was the next job and they would reach out to their "partner" to get an approximate time. Once they called back I was told he wouldn't be able to make it until 9 or 10 pm. I said "Thats fine, we have been without hot water for 3 days". They then changed their approach and wanted to reschedule for the following Monday and offered $100 discount. I declined and said tonight would be fine and then they offered $150 for the Monday service. I decided to cancel the service as it was not worth any further delays and I would use a different "Local" plumber. The biggest issue i have is the lack of communication. The delays can happen but to offer a time and then backtrack on it is also very unprofessional. I assume they thought I would say no and then offer Monday as the next option.

Legit best customer service I've had in my 17 years of living. Astronomical service. The young sexy lady I spoke to was named Gracie Lopez she gave me all the information I needed on finding a new toilet. The toilet fit my butt perfectly and I feel at peace when I do my business. Love home Depot lot gracie Lopez.

So after reading other reviews I do feel a little bit better that I'm not the only one that was ignored by MULTIPLE employees at the Fenton Home Depot today. One employee actually deep sighed when I asked for assistance. Really. Deep sighed. I was back in lumber when I was ignored by SO MANY employees. I asked one young kid to help me and he actually said: "that's not actually my job, that's his job (pointing to another young kid) but he's busy right now." Okkkkkkk, wow. I won't ever go back to that location again. *the young kid at checkout was nice. He got the extra star for this location.

I was in the Home Depot in Fenton MI and the store was packed and half of the people were not wearing masks. I will no longer shop there. Menards makes every one wear a mask. I will be shopping at Menards for now on.

Trying to do safe shopping in the COVID era. When I picked up my order, I left the receipt in the back and had a mask on (an obvious indicator I want to a. not breathe on others and b. protect myself). An older man with no face mask grabbed my paperwork from back, reached into my car, driver's side, into my lap (yeah, inappropriate and invasive), and told me they didn't take tips (tossing the money, also, onto me). His face was right in my face and he had no mask. By now, we all have clear instructions about what to do in public, which is six feet of distance and a mask. This behavior, in my opinion, was deliberately invasive, hostile, and constituted, wreckless endangerment. For me, Home Depot is not a safe place to buy from (even when picking up). Incidentally, the line of customers waiting to get in was insane. I will use a smaller hardware store or order online where possible.

Walked passed 4 employees doing nothing and was never asked for help. No carts available. Ended up putting the product I had down and didn't purchase.

Worst customer service in this Home Depot, I put an order online and to come and pick up my bamboo floor same day cause this was the only Home Depot has it in stock, online said they have 14 in stock and they only have 6 all beat up boxes damage. I check them out and come back to "customer service desk" and ask if they can replace , the guy told me go to flooring dept and check what we have, I told him I place a online order that means HD have everything for me. So I went and check, I have to open boxes and change broken pieces by myself no one help me. I want to say the lady at the door she was friendly. 3-31-2019 Fenton

Fenton Mi Home Depot is about as helpful as a mute monkey giving directions. Their is only a handful of people who actually care for their job and customers. I went in one day and was looking for track lights and info about them and the guy grabbed me one and left. I went in another time and a guy told me they don't except old lights and he said they don't except them when my husband came in the day before and took them then! If people don't want to do their job and give good customer service then they should be fired!!!

Too many employees with too little knowledge... The salaried managers were very kind and really tried to fix our issues but the hours we spent just trying to order flooring with associates that were either not knowledgeable or working with antiquated systems, earns this store a really low rating. Go here to buy plants or lightbulbs, not flooring! We ended up returning all our product and going elsewhere.

This Saturday the associates were there in the multitudes, checking to see if you needed assistance. That is customer service at its best!
