Spoke to Sal on the phone. Thought everything was straight seeing as Caroline St. location failed me. He was very nice on the phone and said my husband could ask for him or Tony and it would be resolved. WRONG!!! They were rude to my husband and acted as if they had no clue what was going on. Savings account in my husband's name only and checking in both our names. They didn't want his signature at all. They only wanted mine? He said they made him feel as if he were trying to do something dishonest and he said he'll never go here again. Sad! Email yourself some training in customer service.

Incompetent workers, couldn't understand that a green card is aindeed a passport. They said two forms of ID, so I gave my drivers license plus my green card and they said they needed a passport. Trye blue idiots of the finest form. So, I couldn't cash a paycheck. Cashed it at the Grand Blanc location no problem. DO NOT GO HERE IF AVOIDABLE.

Don't bother sharing your concerns because they do not care. They don't even post all there negative reviews. Now how honest is that?? Very rude people. And there fake responses. If they cared they would call you. They know who we are. BEWARE!!!

I don’t bank with Huntington but I needed to exchange some large bills for some one’s for tip money before my trip and dawn the teller & a very nice banker I didn’t get his name was able to help me! Everyone was really friendly and helpful.

Tried cashing a $50 check that was gifted to me from my grandmother. They wanted 2 forms of i.d. and a $12 fee for not having a bank account which is ridiculous but I told them fine.I gave them my driver's license, my medical card, my debit card, and my work badge which had my name and picture on it. They said none of these would work as a second form of id. So I said forget it and ripped up the check when i walked out.I'm not going through the hassle of cashing a $50 check. That is ridiculous that none of those would work as a second form of id. I mean its a $50 check not $500. If they were that concern then they should of called my grandmother and asked but they wanted to be petty.I'll never do banking with this company. What a joke

Will not let you cash personal checks from them. What’s the point of a check if you can’t write someone a check. They said I’d have to go to my bank, ok hypothetically speaking I don’t have one. Your client wrote me a check from your organization and your telling me you don’t accept checks From your own bank. Honestly the shadiest bank I’ve ever encountered next to TCF let me stop, I’m sure the people themselves are ok but if we speak up to corporate then we will be heard. I want to cash checks at the bank they’re written at I want overdraft protection free checking free savings 10% cash back rewards I want the bank to let the ball chill I’m our court for the day.

The SILVER LAKE PARKWAY BRANCH is excellent, don't confuse for the branch downtown. I have had the best service from this branch for several years. I will NOT go to the silver lake (Caroline) branch unless I absolutely have to..not friendly.

Thank you for your terrible customer service. Not once but literally every time I call. I will be closing my account due to the disrespect this branch has given me. A dedicated customer for over 10+ years. The amount of ridiculous fees that have been collected is also very concerning.

The person who talked with me i asked a specific question about banking and when he called up the main office he didn't even ask my question he completely avoided it he was not for a potential future customer he is incompetent and avoids doing his job successfully to help you as a customer im bad with names but he is the one that sits inside to the right on the left side of that area

Stopped by Saturday morning. Went through the drive thru. Was greeted, told them I needed a portion of my check deposited and the other portion in cash. The woman told me there was one person ahead of me & she'd be right back with me. Thank you! No big deal!
